Welcome to the forum!  
They do work and certainly give you an edge or advantage over others when you where these properly. Be sure to look at the great journals the members have posted here. This will show you what peoples experiences has been, and will give you a good idea how best to use certain mixes for given situations.

There are two ways to know:

1. Read around. Check the stickies for general guidelines and understandings. Take a peek at the Men’s Pheromone Advice, and visit the Journals. You’ll pick up plenty of info, idea and experience in there. 🙂

I can promise you they do work. Like Dee said said look around in some of the journals and there are plenty of stories. What are some of your gpals with pheros?
