I would suggest you to go with IS (1x 2 sprays) initially for 2 weeks. this will boost your confidence .

Then Add AMMO (1x 2 sprays) and IO (1x 2 sprays) with IS.

This will make your perception as potent boyfriend material. and will tackle your shy behavior.

You got great suggestions. I recommend wear the IO(Instant Openness) close like around your neck so it effects you also and helps you become more open.
