Tips… mmm… Large part of tips are all about personality and social bonding. For a woman, projecting a sexy image will also help lots. Here are my suggestions: I would use Instant Shine, it will make people around you more jolly. It will also make you seem special and stand out from the crowd. You should consider applying that one (and only that one) to the hair. Being a bartender, I guess you are already very outgoing, if not, you can [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to help break the ice. Instant Openess will give quantity over quality but that’s not too bad for a bartender. The longer you keep them interested, the more they’ll drink, right? You can use Instant Honesty (I would put it on the wrists, or outside the forearms). This will give the customers an impression that they’ve known you forever and that you’re someone to be trusted. It might also help them put their hand on their hearts when comes tipping time. Instant Sexiness will help you by projecting a sexier / more charming / more confident image if you feel you need a boost on either one of those. It’s a catalyst for women’s self confidence. Hi Sam, Welcome to the forums! Conjurator gave you some great advice. I definitely agree with using Instant Shine and Instant Honesty. IShine will put your customers in a good mood and they’ll see you as a radiant woman. IH will help relax your customers, make them feel that they’ve known you for a while. They’ll also likely open up to you and reveal more personal information about themselves. I used to wait tables, and I noticed that the more personal things customer shared with me, the larger the tip! [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) might be something to use with a bit of caution mainly because you don’t want your customers too chatty! I’ve had chatty customers, and they really bogged me down when I was in the weeds. Instant Sexiness is also a good product, depending on the clientele. Again, you don’t want too much flirting, just enough to get them to leave more money at the table. Overall, IShine and IH would be my recommendation for a restaurant setting. It’s sexually neutral, but allows ease of socialization. However, you can still use Instant Openness and Instant Sexiness for dates and other areas of your life. Hi Sam Core, Welcome to the site. SO I think the women’s starter pack is your best bet here. It has all the products the guys suggested above. I would also start with the IS/B to see what you get as it is a softer version. Then try IS/A after you see what the B version does first.
