Hello! I’m 23, from Alabama (not by choice), and interested in this whole pheromone thing. I recently ended a 4-month long relationship that didn’t work out. I’m very outgoing and I love being the center of attention. I’m not looking for LTR currently. I’ve been reading up on the stickies in the men’s section and have a decent idea of what I should buy, but do you have any advice to offer? Actually, what got me interested in [pheromones](https://a314.com/) was an ad for Pherlure–any advice on that? ---

Hi notorio, Welcome to the forum! Tell us more about your personality, shy or outgoing? What do you hope to achieve with the pheromones. The best products for the info you provided to try would be Ammunition, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and CTTM. Very few good reports on Pherlure, and many dissappointed users. You could try the small to go sizes and see what you like. Ask questions as you go along, forum will help. ---

Hi and welcome to the forums! From what i’ve witnessed, pherlure works well. What turns me off is their shady practices, how it is always on sale, how the key ingredient in pherlure does not exist, how hard it is to get in touch with them, and how they lied about other things (google is your friend here). What i like about Androtics is the variety, and the ability to make your own mixes for special occasions. Androtics has its a pherlure equivalent known as turn up the heat (i think). But please tell us what your goals are so we can help you out. **Edit:** If you love being the centre of attention, Come Talk to me mix 2 is great for that. It makes people more talkative. cttm 2 consists of 50% of instant openess and 50% of instant honesty in a 1:1 ratio. Just makes people really chatty. You can also read my journal and skip down to the part where i start talking about instant honesty. Tater’s journal is also great. Oh and just to let you know, come talk to me appears to be highly underrated, don’t take my word on it because i’ve never tried it. I’m really tired staying up this late, so if anybody sees any errors please correct me ---

Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 I suggest you start with AMMO and the socials. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great all round favorite of the men. Socials like IO IH or Instant shine are beneficial even if you are outgoing already. They tend to put people at ease and help them communicate more with you. CTTM is great as shap has suggested but it is a advanced product and not available to new members till after they submit there first reports on products. This is talked about in the forum and discussed by Jasmin in the “special orders not accepted” thread in the store stickies. As Kusro mentioned the to-go sizes are ideal for starting out so you can try a few things without going broke. If you have any questions just ask Tisha ---

Ammo is what you want then. Both Ammo and Turn Up The Heat contain 2.5 mcg of Androstenone, but Ammo is buffered with 2 additional pheromones to make it more of an all around mix and great for meeting new ladies and encouraging attraction. Turn Up The Heat is geared more toward taking things to the next level, but not initial meetings. To be the center of attraction, Instant Shine and Instant Openness would probably be better choices though. Instant Shine creates a happy, feel-good effect for the wearer and those around them. People like to feel good, will acssociate the feel good effect with you and therefore want to be around you. Instant Openness will get people to being more chatty. Do understand though that no [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) is going to have women falling at your feet. They can unlock the door, but you still have to open it and walk through. ---

I have to agree that Ammo is going to be the best all around product that will do exactly what you want. You have received some SOLID advice from your fellow forum members. As such the discovery of pheromones and how they work is now in your ballpark. You have to figure out how they work and that my friend, is half the fun.
