Hey guys, I’m new to this [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) thing, but I’ve been curious about it for a while and finally triggered on Turn Up The Heat… Though I want to try MX200 and P83 because I read around the forums and found that it has success with asian women… But they’re all out of stock 😠 Anyway, I have my skepticism, but I’m willing to try it out 😛 ---

Welcome to the forum. Its alright to have some sceptism, but the only sure way to find out is to try some products. There are many products you can try in To Go sizes, like Ammunition, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Ammunition is an all round pheromone which is easier to use, without the risk of OD, it also smells nice.The MX (experimental mixes) and P (putatives) are for advanced users, who have been on the forum for some time, used other products and made reports. Tell us more about your personality and what you hope to achieve by using pheros. Are you asian as well? When you make tell us more it will be easier to give you specific recommendations, and SteveO will be around to give you a GC to help you out with your first order. Read the stickies in the men’s section of the forum, they are a great help to a newbie. You can also ask as many questions as you want in the forum. I had no idea that there were advanced users… I had to learn sooner or later 😛 I am asian and have an asian girlfriend as well… I’m just trying to spice things up Anyway, I guess I’ll start working on this slowly… Maybe see how Turn Up The Heat works first Thanks again ---

Hello Dragon Welcome to the forum 🙂 You need to post a little more info about yourself to qualify for a GC. What kind of results are you looking for from mones. How you find us ect… I would suggest you start with Ammo which is a good all round product. TUTH is strong and unbuffered and since your 23 and already probably make alot of anone naturally you could experience the OD effect. This is not to say that you can never use TUTH but since ammo is already buffered by 3 other mones its a better place to start. I also suggest you try out a social product like IO or IH, Keep in mind they have small to-go bottles with about 40 sprays in them so you can test out a few things and see how you like them before investing in a large bottle. P83 and [MX200](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx200/) are advanced test products for research and development of new consumer products. They are not guaranteed to work and you have to start with the consumer products and report on them for a while to be able to purchase those. Take a look around the forum. I concur with Tisha, Turn Up The Heat is not the best starting product. Ammo contains the same dosage of Androstenone (the active ingredient in Turn Up The Heat) as Turn Up The Heat does, but it is also buffered with some other pheromones that make it a better product for a beginning user. A “sleeper” product you might also consider is [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). This is a Androsterone based product. Many ladies appreciate the Androsterone signature, in my experience. ---

Welcome to the forum and world of pheros. You have gotten some good advice here from Tisha & GWTW. Turn Up The Heat while it seems to have a lot of bang is probably not the best product as you are liable to OD. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great all around product and it has just enough 'none to spice things up as you said you wanted to do. I use it and another variation of it a lot to good ends. Also [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty as already mentioned are also good social products in that they can help start up conversations. Be sure to read the Stickies. They have a lot of good info. Just remember the old golden mantra of testing: 1 spray, watch for results, repeat for a few days then go up to 2 sprays. Repeat. Once you get a feel for what that product does for you at different doses, then move on to the next product. Once you have done this with all the products THEN try some of the mixes you have read about keeping in mind the results you have seen. Also remember: chances are if you do nothing, nothing will happen, even with pheromones. You have to interact with the people around you in order to see the changes in their interactions with you. Another rule of thumb: a lot of people who know you best MAY be the least effected as they already have a very concrete perception of who you are, your relationshionship, etc.. Then again, they may give you the old “What is different about you?” Just be ready for the first in case it happens. In some extreme cases, Moms have been known to get grumpy as their child has somehow changed. But to answer your question: Yes they are real and yes they work. But not like some kind of Harry Potter magical potion. It is real science with real effects, but you have to figure out the effects as they relate to you and then you need to take action to take advantage of those effects ---

Seems like I have to rethink about my order again from the replies. Maybe stick with some to go sizes. Anyway, a little more about myself. I live in sunny so cal, am 23 years old and male. I’m trying to spice things up with my current girlfriend. Either way, I’m just intrigued with this whole thing. Seems pretty fun.
