I’m a 30 year old guy in Denver, CO. I came across this site through google. I was researching [pheromones](https://a314.com/) because I’m trying to regain that spark in my marriage, and I thought pheromones could help. I’m also interested in anything that will help with confidence and being more social. ---

Thank you both for the helpful links and other information. I’ll have to read through this stuff closely before I decide what to try. Things with my marriage are actually pretty shaky. We’re separating for a while but will still be “dating” each other as we try to work things out. All in all our marriage is great minus that “spark” I mentioned in my previous post. I know she loves me and is attracted to me. She just doesn’t get that rush she used to. I know there’s no [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) that will solve that. I’m just hoping something might work in harmony with all the other things I’m doing to revive the passion between us. Thanks! ---

Hello Jugabug, Welcome to the forum 🙂 Actually while pheromones wont solve marriages in trouble they can create some passion so if thats the only hurdle you need to jump to make things better in your marriage your in luck. 😉 I am torn between suggesting Turn Up The Heat and AMMO. This is why… Tuth is intense and arousing. Its sex in a bottle, Its more of a I want it now feeling to women. You have to be more careful with it though so read up in the forum on it. AMMO is sexy, also arousing but less intense more interesting, more “I want to take him home” It builds and creates anticipation which makes for great sex. Both are good for your situation. Thanks so much for all the information and the kind words. I’m very hopeful that this will work out, and I’m looking forward to trying some of these products. I will research further and decide what to buy. I’ll post my experiences and how the various pheromones work for me. Thanks again! ---

Hello jug and welcome to the fourm. Tisha has given you some great product advice and some good relaltionship advice. Like Tisha said make sure she feels jmportant to you. This comes through good communication and showing her affection - the hugs, phone calls, flowers, snuggles kind. THEN you may get that old spark back.
