Hi everyone! My name is Tom, I am from the Dallas area and I am completely new to the world of [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). After looking around on the web for a bit I am glad to have finally found a site that has such a wealth of information A little about myself, I am a big clubber and I love to go to parties, and what I am looking for in Pheromones is the ability to attract the opposite with better results. I generally do pretty well on my own, but I want to see if this will help my game. I am 18, average good looking, not overtly beautiful but I can attract women, about 215 mostly muscle. I am looking to buy: [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) [TUTH](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) for my first round and I was wondering if these would be the best to buy considering my goal. Welcome Tom! I glad too that you found this forum with ton of great information 🙂 [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is great first buy, since it is easy to use and balanced enough for your age if you don’t use over 2 sprays. But for turn up the heat, it might be better for you next purchase, since ammo already have its main component -none. You can try something friendly and social for easier conversation, like instant openness, or even instant shine to reduce some negative effects of any products! ---

Thanks for the input, I was looking at [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) in place of [TUTH](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/). I was just wondering if considering the atmosphere I tend to work in, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) might not carry the power alone that I am looking for. Any help is appreciated, ~Tom ---

io will probably be a better starting product than tuth. You might also consider a rone product like a314 or ig to tone down your natural anone and provide a mature and capable vibe. ---

My target age group is 18-22, so I am not looking to seem like a responsible, capable figure, but rather, a playful persona, someone who just likes to have a good time. I wouldn’t complete reject the notion of using A314, though I would be a little bit skeptical to take it considering the image I am trying to project. I have heard some wonder stories though about using A314. Would mixing it in conjunction with the other two make me more appealing to a large spectrum of women, or would it inhibit some who would otherwise be comfortable around me because I am projecting this figure of authority? Or could it have the effect of convincing others that they would like to include me in the clique? Any advice is appreciated, ~Tom ---

a314 has been said to give a “James Bond” effect. That could scare away some timid girls, but if you have 007 fantasies why not give it a try? IG gives an effect more like a protective, courtly gentleman. Many users, including myself, use a314 as a base for other pheromones. In my experience it almost always enhances the mix. Of course, if you decide to use it, start out at low doses. 1 drop. That may be all you’ll ever need or want. ---

Welcome to the forum. GWTW has some good advice. A young guy like really does not need TUTH. Ammo might be OK - just remember to start slow. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) would probably be better. It will make you seem a little older and certainly a little cooler. But like GWTW intimated, your best bet at your age are the socials - IO, IH or CTTM2. These will help generate conversations. Instant Shine is always a good choice too. The list I am looking at right now is, IO, IG, and Ammo. I am a pretty good talker on my own, especially when I can get a good conversation going on. Should I add CTTM to try and make it even more social? Like I previously stated, this is more for a bar/club environment, though I will be trying it out at parties. ---

CTTM2 is like using both IO and IH - it is basically a 50/50 mix. I would recommend it over just IO becuase I personally like the beta-nols and the deeper conversations they bring. ---

Maybe I get IO and IH and after working with them dependently I find a mix of them that works best for me. The general impression I have got so far is that mixes of pheromones is a very individualized process, so it might be worth it to invest the money in both. btw I hope I am not being annoying or frustrating(I know how working with inexperienced people can be), I am just trying to learn the ropes a little before I venture out on my own a little more ~Tom ---

Hello Tom Welcome to the forum 🙂 I think Ammo is a good choice for you. TUTH I would save for a later order. Its very strong and aggressive and can intimidate girls in the age range your looking in. IO is a good choice its a fun chatty mix that will make girls feel comfortable around you. I would go with IShine myself as its a good product to use with AMMO. It ups the sexuality of it a bit and will draw people to you. If you have any questions just ask.
