Hi, let me see how to start… male, age 25. I’ve been reading this forum for a couple of days and well i guess [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) really do work lol, so i want to ask you a question. I have a very good friend that is a girl, we get along very well, talk alot, we are best friends, so my question is, is there a product i can use so she starts seeing me not only as a good friend but as a possible guy to date? please forgive my english. Hello APV and welcome to the forum. GWTW is right. If you want to move from friend to boyfriend then [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) may be just the starting point for you. It has just enough 'none in it to make her think in that direction. I would also try a second “line of attack” and think about one of the social products, in particular IH. It helps generate deeper honest conversations and creates the feeling of connection between two people. These two products together may help the two of you decide to move inthat direction. I say may as they are not magic. If she is not inclined towards that, she will not. But if she is, they will help you create the conditions to bring it up and move that way. Hope this helps. She’s 20 , and we are both caucasian, our relationship is what i told you, we are best friends for some time now, regarding personalities, i guess we are both easy going, we are funny and friendly, ppl we meet seem to like us right away. maybe im little more crazy (in a good way) then she is 🙂 sorry i cant be more especific , kind difficult to find the right words in english. thank you again for your help. ---

Then I would certainly consider what GWTW and I have recommended. Just be careful with the Ammo. You will probably need only one spray. You do not want to OD on the 'none. ---

Hey APV.. As a woman, I’d say when you approach her with pheromones, keep it steady and consistent, but small, since you guys are best friends. At least for me, it’s hard for me to suddenly look at my best friend and develop a sexual attraction, unless you can already see it there to begin with. So when you’re testing to find your sweet spot for ammo (if that’s what you choose to have), I’d say don’t try to test it on her. With her, you should just go minimal and keep it consistent, then increase it very gradually, and at this point you must note any discomfort she may feel and react appropriately. I have lots of friends who, if I take a step backward and analyse, would actually make really good partners. But since I’ve known them as friends, I would get a little freaked if I noticed a sudden change in atmosphere, from platonic to sexual. But if it comes gradually, it’ll give me just enough discomfort and intrigue to start looking at you differently, and I’ll start questioning whether I’d really like to keep you as just friends. Who knows, maybe I’ll even make the first move myself. Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 Ammo is the way to go as GW suggested. I would not worry about the OD effect over much. There is alot of talk about it on the forum but alot of men are not getting good results because they are over focusing on the OD effect and not on the correct dosage for them. In all likelihood you can use 1 to 3 sprays without a problem. Its not horrible to get the OD effect it helps you determine how much is most effective for you. Start with one and gage from there. Once you see some results thats your correct dosage. Take a few days off a week from wearing it to avoid buildup. I do think you should add a social product to your lineup. Tish is right - you gotta test the Ammo - 1-3 doses is probably about right for your age. Just start with 1 spray and move up, not 6 sprays and move down -lol. And an occassional OD will not kill you and will teach you your upper limit. I use both [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and IH. They are both great. ---
