Hi! Im boogie from Estonia! One day i saw some commercial about pheros and eventually i was lead here. This topic is so interesting to me, i couldnt/still cant belive that they work. I just thought i had to buy some and try them out. For the start i bought 1 regular ammo and 1 inner shine. Yesterday i tried inner shine, zipped it on my neck once and yes i felt better, but no big difference while communicating with others. Today i tried ammo ( also 1 zip on the neck ) and havent noticed any agressiveness ( as some forum members have felt ) nor anything special, maybe some more eyecontact. BTW: i go to University and i tried both of them there. Maybe any suggestions how to use them wisely? I know that in 2 days u cant get the best out of them and it takes time and practise to learn to use pheros. Well thats my story! Greetings! ---

Welcome to the forum. You’re going about the testing in just the right way. Be patient and observe for a few days. After that you may want to slowly increase the dose, 1 spray at a time. ---

Hey Boogie, welcome to the forum. Sounds like you’re having success with both of your products already! With the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) you felt the effect on yourself and with the Ammo you (possibly) saw the effect on others. You’re going about things the right way in starting off slowly and being as observant as you can. Try the Shine at 1 spray for a couple of days and then maybe bump it up to 2 or 3. You can’t overdose on it so if you want you can go mad and do 4, 5 or even 6, all in the name of experimentation! As for the Ammo, again 1 spray is good, keep working with that. You could after a few days bump that up to 2 just to see whether that is a good dose for you - you could be lucky! More than that might put you in danger of that aggressiveness you mentioned, both for you and others. Finally once you’ve got a feel for the two of them alone, you can put them together and lo and behold, you’re mixing! Good luck with it and see you around on the forum. 🙂 ---

Hello Boogie and welcome to the forum. We have gotten a couple people from the Baltic satates. Way to go!! GWTW and Nibbla are pretty much right on. Start slow one product, one spray at a time. Welcome again to the forum. Edit: Also - try working wiht one product for a week. 1 spray for a few days, then up it to two. You can go up easy with instant shine. Be a little careful after 1 spray with ammo. ---

You can run up the ladder without any problem with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). But usually most people will find their “sweet spot” at 1-3 sprays. You can always go higher just to see what happens, but 1-3 sprays is usually optimal. At age 21 be careful to go up just one spray at a time for a few days with the Ammo. And if you do OD, that is OK. It will definitely tell you where your limit is. Have fun! ---

Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Ishine are two great products to start with. They take a little practice but you will get them. There are lots of tips down in the mens section on how to get the most of from your products. As Bosshank said start with one product at a time and use 1 spray. If you dont see results use two the next time ect… Try appling to different areas of your body as well.
