**i think you should get the normal versions.. if you discover that higher amounts work better for you ( and they not always do ) you can get them later ..**

**As for my social skills, their actually rather good, i’m generally quite a confident, outgoing chatty kind of person, and normally starting a conversation is no big deal, but i think it’s keeping a conversation going that’s tricky sometimes..**
