hey im my name is scott im from canada, just trying to see if anything helps people get over there shyness around me. i love heading to the bar but everyone seems so stuck up unless they r wasted but no one wants to get puked on so let me know if theres any help out there. ---

There is definitely plenty of help here from both the staff and the forum members. Oh yeah, and the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) help as well. From what you’re describing, roughly AMMO might work well for you. But answer a couple of these questions. Are you outgoing? Shy? Are you more of a person who can carry a conversation, or do you get stuck? When you say everyone seems stuck up, what gives you that impression? ---
