Greetings to all the people of this forum 😃 I happened to stumble upon this forum while researching about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and its possibilities to improve one’s life (not just to attract possible mate) and i decided to join for i noticed that the folks here are very helpful and willing to share some helpful tips, guides and everything a newbie needs to learn. Hi there jamesbonded 🙂 Honestly i just started reading about pheromones just yestreday (he he he), what really comes to my mind now “does it really work?” —so im still in that stage 😉 . But if it is really helpful of course i will not lie, i would love to try to attract guys in my area 😃 Im bit shy, not really a social butterfly, more comfortable in a smaller gruop of people or one on one interaction, and my unpredictable work schedule makes it hard for me to find time to socialize or find a date. Hopefully the posts here will give me ideas what is the best pheromes or combination for me, i will read diligently and post questions. Again thanks 😃 ---

HI lokita, We are all very skeptical at the beginning, not until we use it ourselves. Give it a try. For your case, I suggest IO, SHine and [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/). Since you are shy, IO will make you more approachable. People will open up and like to talk to you. SHine will counter your shyness too and at the same time boost your confidence. It make you and the people around you in lighter mood. Hi there and welcome. You’ve received good advice. I really like the Instant Sexiness, it is very attractive to men and is easily worn. It comes in a lightly floral musky scent called neroli, and it is easily covered by your own perfume if you do not care for the scent. I personally love it. Instant Sexiness A is more alpha, more in-charge, confident, womanly sexy. [Instant Sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/) is more demure, softer, playful girly sexy. It often works well to pick the one that is more congruent to your personality. Hey Lokita, I’m from BC as well 🙂. I have to recommend Spaceland for it’s great social qualities. It does have a bit of an unusual herbal smell (a bit like pot) but it’s light and inoffensive. ---
