# Help a rooky please?

Hi friends, I’m new here, just received my first order: A314, IG, IH and they threw in a little bottle of IJ for free.  
How would you suggest I road-test these products? What can I do to try them out and see how they work, and observe results?  
I’m male, mid- to late 30s, married, in a professional-type job.

Also, I’d start with A314 at work and IJ in some non-work situation for the most immediate wow factor.
