Hi Everyone I need some [pheromone](https://a314.com/) advice for work. I am feeling a bit left out around our team. One girl is very vocal and sucks up to everyone on the team (yuck) and I feel I am sometimes left out of conversations. Yes I am the quiet and reserved type and don’t like drawing attention to myself. Thats why I came to this forum in the first place. Another team member is a self-centred ass who has a clique of friends from the adjoining office who spends all day instant messaging them -and doing no work - again I am ignored by these ignorant types. I know the obvious choice would be A314 + a social but I dont want to have the boss effect as that could cause possible tensions and dont want to be frozen out for being too serious. Anybody got any ideas? ---

You need some p74 and IG in your life. ---

I am trying out A314+[P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/)+IS for work and on rare occasions it seems like people get intimidated, but I have increased P74 dosage from 5mcg to 15mcg last few days and it seems to make people less intimidated and willing to talk Not sure if you should get A314 or IG, but P74 seems to be great for me at work. ---

I would say he should go with IG since it is kind of a toned down A314. Doesn’t come off as strong but still gives you the respect.
