Ok so i need somone to please tell me how to get the pheros smell of you body when you dont need it… I shower of ten , with phero i shower even more and have used everything from soap to shampoo .. but the pheros are still there… is there a specific solution ?☹ Thanks ---

i heard a while back that you can use hydrogen peroxide to get it off as well as time they will break down and come off. ---

I use Apple Cider Vinegar to wash and it always works. There was a thread about it in the lounge a while back. You can use Peroxide if you want, or something that exfoliates the skin and that should do the trick too. ---

I wouldn’t use hydrogen peroxide, it’s smells FUNKY. You could just make a quick jaunt to the bathroom and use some soap+water. ---

Yes, there is a magical solution actually. I’ve had many OD experiences in the past, and after trying everything I finally discovered the answer. You may have heard it before, but if you have, I would like you to reconsider it. So you want to know the best way to get rid of pheromone residue effectively and completely? Then you need to give yourself some… TIME. Trust me, all the hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, 5 showers a day, ozonators, and herbal soaps won’t do much else but make you get paranoid about the residue. The best thing is to go 3-4 days with pheromones, 1 day or 2 days off. You mostly need to watch out for androstenone build-up. If you use it for a few days, go 1-2 days off. You may be thinking “well, what if I attracted this girl and I go without, will she stop liking me?” Of course, pheromones aren’t everything, as we all know it’s 90% you, 10% pheromones. But even the off days, you’ll be carrying some residue, so you’ll still get effects but to a lesser degree. Time is really the answer. Once you get more experienced, you’ll get a hang of when to apply, and your own tolerance/OD levels. OD is mostly a matter of wearing too much that you can’t be congruent with (in most cases, in my opinion). You’ll get a hang of it. ---

You may think I’m crazy, but I have been using this “formula” recently and the result is great!🙄 Mix some liquid dish washer with your favourite shower gel/liquid soap and scrub your body with a sponge. It gives you a “cleaner feeling”, better than any other shower gel you can buy! Ok! I admit, I’m crazy!😃 😃 😃 (Liquid dish washer contains pure lime extract) ---

I remember a while back there was a similar thread to this and tisha mentioned a substance called witch hazel that she said would help with scrubbing off androstenone buils-up on the skin. I’d only presume that would also help to scrub off androstenols and androsterone as well. ---

Make sure your pop up blocker is off and point your mouse here \>\>\>\> OD Witch hazel will take it right off and is easy to use. Good for your skin to. 😛 Oxyclean will get it out of your cloths if you have some stuck there. You may be smelling your own [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) output as well since you now no what they smell like but it should not be strong or annoying to you. Tisha ---
