# Help for a first-time user

Hey everybody, I just received my first mones which were IS and IO. The thing is, I have no idea on how to use both for the first time as im going out with friends today. How much should I spray and where should I spray (body-wise) for a first-time situation?

Neck for self effects. Start out with 1 spray of One product and gauge reaction. Using [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) is like having sex. Get to know your loved one intimately through and through and the experience will be euphoric in due time. Once you have a handle on one spray you can up it to 2 sprays then eventually 3. Repeat this with the product you haven’t tried. Once you’ve come to a semi-good understanding of each product then you can start using them together to good effect and you’ll know how much you have to use so you won’t waste any.

i would try shine around your neck, and behind you ears, one or two sprays (decifer the effects on one first) the do a spray of IO to your wrists.
