So I was just about to order and I found out that androtics uses DHL shipping ☹ unfortunately I live in Europe and in my country , 100% of the time they end up in customs and you have to pay even MORE than the product price simply to get it out of the custom!! So I guess my only option is to find similar products on an european site… anyone know anything?? I was about to buy IH, IS/A and IS ☹ anything here `Pheromones.co.uk` - Buying pheromones simply and at a low cost via internet for example that could give me the same results? ---

I live in Europe and i’ve never had to pay more! Can’t remember what they put on the outside of the envelop but the people in customs don’t seem to check anything. Unless it’s a HUGE order I wouldn’t worry about it. ---

oh thnks classicalflower! but ok, you don’t pay extra taxes but does it still get stuck in customs? does it take too long to deliver? ---

I’m in the UK and I’ve **never** had a DHL from AD stopped/charged extra by customs and the one and only time an order was delayed, it was a customs official in the US, who returned the package to AD, so no charge to me. As for order size, I’ve had up to around ?500’s worth in a single order from AD before. ADs delivery is normally very fast indeed and even the worst winter in years only added around 48hrs to the normal delivery time as the package had to be routed via an European airport instead of West Midlands. All this is the near-exact opposite of USPS/Fedex, which nearly always get hit by a delay for customs inspection/extra duty - which is no surprise as its Fedex who currently have the contract for taking packages out of the mail system and delivering them to HMRC, which adds another eighteen quid a pop before any duty is added. I’ve also posted a thread on how to avoid the UK customs surcharge (but not duty) in the Lounge but you need to accept that it can slow down delivery substantially. I’ve also used that site - Phero .co.uk before and discovered they are actually based in the Netherlands with sites for most EU countries - Delivery was typically around two weeks! ---

Im gonna test things out with a very small order and I’ll see from than… I’ve read how to avoid extra taxes with lower price orders , I just hope it doesn’t take too long to get home… thanks !! ---

When I receive products AD puts the value of the products at between $20-24 on the package, never had to paid extra taxes. ---

In the notes section at the bottom of your order ask them to make it look like a gift. Usually they get through fine. Tisha
