# Help in the workplace

I am new to wearing [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) aside from what my own body puts off. I am a 28 yr old, out of college into the workplace male.. I was needing some help on conversation pheromones cause i’ll covered up with females at work.

Also whats a good scent to wear around my girlfriend to help get her in the moood??

for work I would totally go with A314 and IO plus IS once you find your sweet spots. A314 raises your status and will help you get along faster at work. IO and IS gets people comfortable and chatty with you… the IS just makes people feel good in general..

around your lady I would recommend ammo and IH. It can help strengthen relationship with the IH. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is generally an attractant and can help with that as well… For getting this reaaallly in the mood I would recommend TUTH. It’s strong and you don’t want to over use it, but it can help get both of you in the mood… baboosh! 🙂
