Ok, I need some advice on how to pick up this girl at my gym and what pheros would work best. I’ll give you some info to make this as clear as possible. She seems new, and always works out alone, so I feel like I need to make a move quick because I know someone else will move in before I do. She comes when it’s mainly empty at night though, so that’s to my advantage. Now, the problem is that the guy who works nights is a dog. Chases every woman, games them all, plans everything perfectly so he can have his time with each one. He never leaves anyone any women to talk to and it’s annoyed me for years. This is the first girl I’ve actually seen work out WITHOUT him hovering over her, fending away other guys. He already got to her though I think, and two nights already I left them alone together as I left the gym, then saw them walking together on the sidewalk about 15 minutes later. So I don’t know if I’ve already lost or what. Last week, I put on some IS and IO along with some CTTM, and brought myself to at least say ‘hi, how are u doing’ while giving her the up-down sexual glance while smiling slyly. She answered and giggled a bit, so that went kind of well, but I haven’t spoken to her since. I would like to know where to go from here. I find her really cute and feel I have a chance, but I find it frustrating how this guy who works there can just get them all. He lies to them about his age, his past, there’s so much I know about him that would have them running for the hills, but I can’t just go up and tell people. My question is: I’m going to try talking to her again if I see her next week. It’ll be about 10 days since I last said ‘hi’ so I may need to restart everything. 1. What should I say? 2. Well, I can give you advice on what to say, not so much the mones cause im a newb there. BUT: Make her laugh, This is most important, through laughter she feels comfortable with you. After you got her smiling like a giddy school girl just simply ask her on a social date, not a serious one. Just a quick bite to eat, or something to that extent. Something that it can be you two alone and you can chat her up. As far as an opening line to her again, A simple “How have you been?” should suffice. And conversation should just flow after that. I atleast hope you got her name. If not, there is another angle to work at with an opening line preceding a how have you been question. So all in all, laughter is the key. regardless of what kind of woman she is, every one of them likes to laugh, But then again, Who doesnt? You must be more assertive, hold your head high, dont look at the ground, and for gods sakes, have that look in your eye, if you know how to do it. And the look I am talking about is the “hey, I think your a cool person, come with me and i garuntee you wont be disappointed with being by my side” Confidence man, Confidence. Thats what the other guy has. And if youve seen him work for a few years I am more than hoping you picked up on how he opperates, let alone other random people that you watch pick up women. Be observant. You will eventually get a feel for women, and thier reactions to certian actions of males. I hope what Ive said helps. It works for me atleast. ---

thanks a lot! I kind of knew all that stuff, studied a TON of PUA stuff in the past, have used it half heartedly the past few years and have liked the results. and no… I don’t know her name even. the only contact I’ve had with her was one night randomly saying bye as i passed her on my way out of the gym (as she was waiting for the guy who worked there to leave together… ugh), and another night in the middle of our workout i just walked up and said ‘hi how are u’, she said ‘good, u?’ and i said ‘well, u look how u feel’, she got it and giggled and i walked away. i felt it was ok for a first contact thing, but now i feel it wasn’t enough. i like to leave on good notes, as opposed to waiting until an awkward moment comes along, to then say bye. so like I’ve said, very little contact so far, but from what there was, it wasn’t that bad. I know I have a good 2 hrs+ with her in the gym when the guy who works there is in the front. So I need to make it count. I’ve made it my mission to completely steal her from him. I think i see her on tuesday, so i’ll need to prepare which mones i’ll be using by then… and think of some good things to say. It’s really hard for me because I have below average facial looks. If you had used the pua stuff you learned a bit more than half heartedly, and done so regularly for a while you’d likely already have her. As Tyler Burden would say “the best way to get the girl you want is to become good with women in general.” First if you plan on wearing mones during your workout, you want to reduce/minimize the conversion of mones by bacteria.:..so shower before you head to the gym. Use an antibacterial soap like Dial 3D lather hot and turn the water as cold as you can before rinsing off. This will cause your pores to close and trap the triclosan in your skin and keep bacteria from converting one type of mone to another. Then apply a drop of A314 to each wrist. Follow with one spray of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) same location. NOW for this you’ll need to go sized bottles of Ammo, one in regular ff21 scent and in world edition. Have the labels peeled of and mark them simply 1&2. Now you approach from the side and over your shoulder inform her that you need a woman’s opinion on something.“I know these guys that run a company that makes colognes and they want some feedback from me on some products.” (When you think about it this is technically true) then pull out the ammo bottles spray one on your right wrist the other on your left. Wave your arms for a sec to let them dry then let her sniff each wrist. This works as both an ice breaker/opener AND it makes certain she gets two very concentrated sniffs of a solid A314/Ammo/Instant Shine combo. Now make small talk, hit some attraction/value switches etc. Ask some qualifying questions to make her earn your interest. Now go for compliance."you know…you’re pretty interesting, I’m gonna go shower off and when I’m done we’ll hang at the juice bar (or whatever) and continue our talk. Now, for the gym I don’t need anyone knowing about my mone use so I transfered my Dial Magnetik to an empty bottle of Axe Vice. Same rule as before with the cold rinse. If the Amog tries to cock block you, start asking him questions about himself and offer approval/compliments. He’ll love the ego stroke and start beta-ing himself to you. actually on second thought , choose the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) fragrance she liked the least. Choosing her favorite is too approval seeking. If she questions you on it , simply say "well i like this 1 better ". She may not like the sent , but she still receive the signal and your indifference is congruent with that. ---

Hmm, thanks a lot. I definitely want to give this a try. The problem is I don’t have any A314… can I replace that with MX297? Also, I only ordered 1 type of AMMO, the F22… (and it hasn’t even arrived yet, ordered it on August 3rd. Tracking says it’s in my city but there’s clearance delay for the past week). HOPEFULLY I get it by Tuesday, because that’s when I think I’ll see her. Could I maybe use some TUTH 2x/IS on one wrist and the F22/IS on the other instead? Also, I think I do need to shower more. I only shower once every 2nd day, but wash my neck and wrists every day as that’s where I spray my [pheromones](https://a314.com/). ---

yeah, men should charge women for “drugging” them, with make-ups, shaven legs/armpits, and wearing push-up bras and revealing cleavages, lol. They are not natural and causing us to lose the ability to make logical choices 🙄 I don’t see any difference between what the women are doing and the men are doing. If someone gets you drunk like crazy or puts some sedative drugs in drinks, yeah, I guess that would be considered a rape. Well the way I see it, the whole basis of attraction is lies and deception anyway. It’s the only way to do it. There’s no ‘true love’ or ‘right feelings’ or anything, it’s all lies and BS. Women attract men primarily with beauty, and they devote their entire lives to being beautiful. Men primarily attract women through status, and men devote their entire lives for that. The whole course of a man’s life is to achieve a certain social status, not because he wants it or feels like he’ll be happier himself, but because it will attract women. Men don’t like fancy cars, women like fancy cars, that’s the only reason men buy them. Learning about PUA skills and mones now, it hits you in the face that attraction isn’t what most people think it is. It’s not some spiritual connection you just ‘feel’ when you’re with someone. No, Sally likes Harry because he may naturally produce more mones, he may have just been around her at a time when she needed a male figure in her life, he may have just been gaming her, he may have reminded her of her father who passed away young.. the list goes on. That’s why I like communities like this and the PUA community. We have a deeper understanding of it. I’m glad I realized all this while I was still young. ---

unfortunately or not, girl’s desirability of me went up most because of my current position, which society thinks is ‘prestigious.’ It sucks, but hey, it is not like I am going to marry all of them, if any. Might as get whatever I can, before I get locked down with some kids in the near foreseeable future 😉 Funny thing is even if I get some angry at and leave me, I still have options left. Remember that rape is more of a power thing for the rapist. My PUA skills arent the best, Could stand efinitive improvement. Not like I look half bad or anything, Damned near every woman finds me attractive. Not trying to toot my own horn, but based off of close examination and study through other female friends and exs well.. the evidence was clear for that emphasis. I know I have the appearance for this. But I’m getting into the [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) backing as well as learning PUA technique. This thread alone has actually helped me alot. I know enough to almost get there, but you guys are steadily putting me over the edge. Don’t worry about it HD, I’ll be sure to bump this thread again on Tuesday IF she’s there. I’d still like to know her age, because she has a face that can be anywhere from 18-35. And I’m only mid-20s so don’t want anything over 25. I don’t even know if she has a man or not. And on top of that, I’ll have to get to her before the guy who works there does. I’m up for it though, and pretty excited. Studying pua hasn’t made me lose faith in concepts like love or romance. It only showed me that what people (not just women) think and say they want and what they respond to in reality are two different things. I have almost never met a guy irl or online that will admit to preferring or being attracted to large breasts…anymore than a woman would admit to being attracted to arrogant jerks. Yet strippers still get implants and make ungodly incomes, and nice guys bang their heads against walls when the women they desire keep them in the friend zone and go sleep with the jerk instead. It’s not money, I know guys that couldnt hold a job if their lives depended on it. Yet they pull like mad men and have women spend money on them. They do it by knowing how to balance making the woman feel sexy and at the same time communicate a lack of neediness and that they themselves have sexual value for her. I’m no guru just very well studied and fairly experienced so I get guys I know asking for advice and training. The main thing I teach is not to lie. I have them look at the attraction/value switches and find true stories and events from their lives and how to fit those into conversations. Then we work on their story telling skills, adding descriptive detail to make their DHV’s more enthralling and compelling. If they don’t have enough or any examples to use, we come up with things to incorporate into their lives that make those attraction switches real. BECOME THE GAME you throw. Guys will sometimes say “but that’s not the real me, I want her to want me for me” to that I say “once upon a time when you were hungry your mother would pull out her tit, is that still you? People change every day, grow up, evolve and make it the real you” As for mones, they’re not rufies. They are a form of communication as much as talking or body language. Sure Harry may have had the right mone signature to attract Sally but he had to BE congruent with that signal or Sally would have just disregarded it. Listen, almost every interaction requires that you show a different face. A diamond is multifaceted and you can only see some of it at any given moment but its still only one thing. You show a potential employer a different side of yourself than you show your drinking buddies. Both sides are you. Likewise I hope you’re not belching the alphabet and lighting your farts around the girls. Two totally different sides of you but still you. I think most guys that get frustrated over women accepting “the real me” is in fact wanting the unconditional love and acceptance they got from their mothers that will allow them to release their inner child. She’s not your mom and she doesn’t want to be. She’s a woman and to get her you have to show her you’re a man…not trick her into thinking you are until she realizes too late that you’re not. You do it by BEING THE GAME YOU THROW and realizing that you can…and should be like a diamond, multifaceted, hard as hell, and valuable to women like nothing else can be.
