# Help needed in Social Life and Relationships!

Hi there,

I am in my early twenties and have been encountering a lot of social issues. I have trouble speaking to people, opening up, engaging in social gatherings, attracting the opposite sex as well as attracting people in general both men and women. Over all my shyness and reservedness comes off as being snobby and stuck up due to which i am highly disliked and not the ideal company people would like to hang around with.

I would really love it and appreciate it greatly if you could suggest what [pheromones](https://a314.com/) would be the most suitable for me in making a great amount of both male and female friends as well as attracting men. I would really love your help since I am in a very unfortunate situation.
