# Help with Application and Dosage

Hey guys! I am a newbie when it comes to this stuff. I have done a lot of research on the forum looking for ideas. I recently posted a thread in the introduction (here is the link: [Hello! M/17](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/hello-looking-for-pheromones-to-attract-a-girl-i-like-m-17/66556) ) and would like to make a short summary of that post. I am a 17 year old male living in Indiana. There is a girl that I have fallen for who is a little younger than me and would like to attract her with some of these pheromones. I have gone all out and bought all of the instant products (full size, and goodbye $600 bucks). I got a lot of feedback on [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IO. Basically I am here to clarify that this is the best products to start with and would also like feedback on where to apply and how much. Have you read the Application Points Sticky? That covers it pretty well.

Dose - you do need to do some work here and test for yourself as or individual body chemistry and situations for using pheros are all important factors.

I would start with all the stickies and go from here so you have an idea of what is what and app points and all. Whatever you do don’t over think it and less is more.

What I would do is start with the [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) only and 1 spray to the throat area or 1 spray to the wrist and rub the other wrist with the one you just sprayed. I would start here and see what you get. Also if you start a journal we can follow a lot of us will continue to help you out and dial in a good balance for you.

Put 1 spray on, go to a public place then write results in a notepad or something.  
Within about an hour, add another spray. Rinse and repeat.
