The amount of mcg per spray depends on the bottle your using. 1000/10 which entails dividing the amount of mcgs by the total amount of mL which in your case is 10 mL since 9 perfumers + the 1 mL that holds the 1000 mcgs. That will tell you how many mcgs are in each mL. To find the amount of mcgs per spray in the “to go” you’d divide the amount of mcgs per mL by 8 since to go’s spray about 8 sprays per mL. Otherwise for the big bottle you’d divide by 6.667 instead 1000 mcgs in 10 ml is 100 mcgs per mL In a big bottle spray that is equivalent to 15 mcgs per spray In a to go bottle that is equivalent to 12.5 mcgs per spray I hope my explanation wasn’t confusing 🙂 --- _[View the full topic](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/help-with-est-dilution/38103)._
