# Help with what to use

You need to do your own testing to find the dose that suits you best - Your own body chemistry and individual social factors come into play here, so we can’t say how much.

But don’t get too caught-up with app points - So long as it has good circulation (warmth) and is open to the air to diffuse, all is good. 🙂

Saying that, 30+ women tend to respond to a more robust dose compared to younger women, so the 2x Ammo is a good start and yes, in more raunchy environments, clubs and the like, you can use TUTH very effectively alongside it. More mature women tend to find a larger/more overt Androstenone dose with less comforting molecules more acceptable, you still need to go easier in work/polite social environments though, or you can get taken for a walking hardon - which is often not the best attraction strategy.

If you are thinking on P75, it would be a good one to bolster [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), which can be a bit weak for folk our age. Get the 2.5mcg dose and start from there, I rarely need to go above 5mcg with Androstenone or 7.5-10mcg with Socials even at my age.

Another one to consider for clubs at our age is A314/TUTH - A good, no-nonsense and mature status/sexual combo that benefits from going a bit OTT on the A314! 🙂
