Good day to everyone! Amazing site I chanced upon. Started with a simple question, and here I find a vast knowledge base! Couldn’t ask for more really! Living here in Orlando, FL through my late twenties, I’ve always wondered more about the powers of attraction with women. Never had a problem myself, but I was intrigued when a previous girlfriend told me how although she had found another past lover physically unattractive at first glance, she was overwhelmed by how much she liked the way he smelled, and didn’t quite have the same effect with me. Not put off at all and recognizing an opportunity to learn, I set out searching, and with much delight found this awesome collection of minds. After reviewing some posts, it appears this is exactly what everyone needs to look into, especially with the positive responses everyone returns. In as much as I know, there is a lot that goes into your own bodies’ pheromones, and how powerful they really are. Thinking about the “you are what you eat” adage left me wondering if pheromone production is relative to the types of foods a person eats. While I never researched much into this or pheremones before, my interest is now peaked, and I hope I can learn more, and even help if possible. Looking forward to meeting everyone, and its an honor to be welcomed into such a great community. ---

Hi White Knight and welcome to the forum! Thanks for your intro. Can you please describe your personality ie introverted/extroverted, Loud, quiet, leader/ follower etc. Who do you want to influence with pheromones? What environment do you wish to use them in - school, college? The more information you give me the more accurately I can recommend the correct pheromones for your own unique situation. I’m sure that the foods you eat would affect your [pheromone](https://a314.com/) signature. Certain nutrients, like saturated fat, zinc, etc etc affect testosterone levels and since these hormones, when excreted through the skin, are pheros, differences in T levels would definitely make a difference. ---
