Okay, so I know hexylene glycol is a fixative used in the perfumer industry, but will it inhibit diffusion too much if I use it in my mixes?

If hexylene glycol does inhibit diffusion too much, can perfumer’s alcohol (_200 proof, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl alcohol)_ be used to dilute 200 proof alcohol containing hexylene glycol without a problem?
