Hi I’m Justin. I just recently purchased three to-go pheros and was just wondering if they’ll help my needs. I like guys so I bought mystery boy to solve that problem. I do have a hard time talking to guys though and that’s why I bought IO and IH both double strength. Did I buy the right stuff? I need some confidence lol ---

Welcome to the forum schwartzy! Yeah you made the right choice with the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). IO is more for light hearted communication and IH is for deeper convos. How I use it is initial meeting or going out to find girls I’ll use IO and for one on one I’ll use IH. ---

Looks like you did a great job at doing your own research and picking out some products. So welcome to the forum 😉 If you want to get a free 25 dollar gift certificate for your next purchase, you could share a bit more about yourself ! Whats your personality like? How are you in social situations? Are you more shy or more outgoing and loud? How did you come across finding this forum? With this additional information we may find that you should look at a couple other products as well ! So hope to hear back from you, and maybe add your testing results to a journal down the road. The only other product at this time that i would recommend to keep things fun and upbeat and happy and social would be instant shine. Its my favorite by far and gives me a slight confidence boost and makes me happy and smiley which may aid in what you are trying to accomplish 🙂 ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Schwartzy!, Yes, it sounds like you did buy the right stuff. Just make sure that you test out each product by itself for at least a week this will help you to find your sweet spot (the number of sprays that will work best for you) Also, I’m curious how did you find out about this site? I found this forum through google actually. I was searching for a good pheros that attracts guys to guys and [pheromonetalk.com](http://pheromonetalk.com) was the first result. About me: I’m generally shy around people I don’t know unless I get to know them better or they give me 100% just like I’d be willing to give them, otherwise it gets awkward. In social situations I’m more comfortable talking to people older than me and women, and that’s a problem for me. ---

I feel that you are in good shape since you have [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). I had very good results with Come Talk To Me which I feel is pretty similar to Instant Openness. When I would wear it people would smile at me, stare at me (in a good way), and turn their body language towards me. I even had a few people approach me out of the blue while wearing this one. All the signals people were giving me really helped me to “know” that PEOPLE WANTED TO BE APPROACHED and that THEY WANTED TO BE APPROACHED BY ME. That gave me the extra confidence I needed to start talking to people. I also think that IH was a very good choice for you since you “like to give people 100% and like to get that back from them”. Instant Honesty helps to form a bond/connection with the person you talking to. That bond/ connection leads to increased trust (the building block of any good relationship). You have to remember that it is 90 % YOU and 10% the pheromones. There is only so much pheromones can do (they can do some pretty crazy things but YOU have to push events along in the right direction) This goes along with the point of congruence here. _Congruence is basically acting in line with the pheromone signature that you are giving off_ So, if you are wearing instant openness yet you were sitting in the corner and being anti-social then this WOULD NOT be congruent. However if you were wearing Instant Openness and you were being friendly and open to meeting new people/talking to people then this WOULD BE congruent. Hope this Helps ClintX2 ---
