Hey everybody, I’m new to this forum and would like to get some info about using pheromones. I’m a guy, 29 years old and an athletic kinda type, really into watersports and snowboarding. My problem - I’m good with the ladies, I’m considered a fun guy to be with, but I seem to have a problem with really connecting with them. Or, maybe I should put it like this - I want to be a bit more confident among ladies. I was already reading the posts over here and also made my first order on smartmones. I got myself some Instant Shine double strength and TO-GO bottles of Ammo and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). I got my stuff a week ago and stared using it immediatly, but must say that I don’t see some revolutionary results yet. For now I tried Instant Shine alone plus combos IS+ammo, IS+IH and all three together. Maybe I noticed, that my female coworkers are more chatty, but I can’t really say that is because ofthe pheromones. Anyway, just wanted to say hello to y’all! ---

Hi there, Welcome to the forum. To have confident in front of the girls, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is the best choice. It makes you and all people around you in upbeat mood. Ammo is good to make the girls attracted to you. This will make the connection much easier. How many sprays do you use? Try to use one phero at a time to know the effect. Hi and welcome to this forum! Looks like that you need some connections, so ih that you ordered would be the good choice for your in this situations. Ih allows you to chat depeer with the ladies so you have a better connections with them in the process 🙂 The other products you ordered ammo and ishine are very good. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will get enough attention and interest from women to give u a good edge on other guys in the competition, and ishine will help a lot in making people around you happy so they want to be near you much more 😉 So keep testing and let us know after a few days how it went ! ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. I would recommend Ammo for general social and romance. It has enough none in it to let the ladies know you are interested but it is still smooth enough for even work if work allows colgone. After that the social products are always helpful Instant shine to leave people feeling happy and IO to help with general conversations. ---

Well, I went for the “bulletproof” products to start my journey… this forum just rocks about good tips about what to get and as being a beginner in this area, I thought, this would be a great choice for my first steps in the phero community. Anyway, thanx for all the tips, would be grateful for some more advice on the use of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)! ---

To better help you get those products you have already I need to know a few things. Where did you apply them. How much of each one did you use ? What environment did you use them in ?
