My name is Joseph, I’m 19 and from the UK. I have yet to try [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) but after reading several comments from around the forum I look forward to doing so very much! Would anyone be willing to give advice on what to buy first? Thanks 🙂 ---

Hello Joseph! How are you doing brotha? First off welcome to Pherotalk! 😃 I’m delighted to help in any which way possible in your quest to choosing which pheromones to try first. There are soo many to choose it’s not even funny. 😉 Given you and I are the same age I would lean towards trying AMMO and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as the first two to try. AMMO if you only have to choose one for reasons as such: 1. AMMO is very well rounded, it is tweaked well and there is little chance of negative effects due to its buffering. 2. It can bring all to the table in pretty much any environment. Daytime, evening, out with the friends casually or even in a more romantic setting AMMO does it all and I refer to it as the all in one standalone. It’s the best premix I know of and I and many other members swear by it! 🆒 3. AMMO can both be subtle and have it’s punch at the same time, it’s smell is quite decent in my humble opinion and I don’t see nothing wrong with a good smelling pheromone mix. 😉 I usually add in 2 to 3 sprays of Instant Shine with 1 ammo (2 tops if anything) and head out. It’s a simple but effective mix. Also Joseph here are a few things to keep in mind when using pheromones as these are a few points I posted and kept in mind when I’ve started: 1. Pheromones are the tool, your the main unit consisting of many tools including one being pheromones. Use the pheromones, don’t expect it to work for you. 😃 Pheromones are not the only thing needed to get things rolling, observation skills, the ability to present oneself, having game skills and the rest of the package all factor in of how an individual can take the walk through the door pheromones open. 2. Less is more- start small then work your way up on dosage/sprays, etc. Be patient on your usage, I won’t stop testing my AMMO and IS mix for a LONG time despite getting a hit or not. You may feel like you lost out if you don’t recognize or experience a hit but in reality you’ve still gained experience of using the pheromones you wore. Once you’re able to find out what works with you best at what dosage during particular situations and environments you’ll be able to tweak mixes and make concoctions that are especially meant for you. The greats of this forum all did this as we can’t expect to take their exact mix and get the same results. That being said, don’t expect 2-3 Instant Shine and 1-2 AMMO to be instant success, work around it and see how it comes out. Be patient, be consistent and be persistent. Also as a note, pheromones that contain androstenone aka “none” may buildup on you after consecutive and frequent usage of pheromones containing such ingredient. Take a break from none containing pheromones to allow your body to get rid of any possible buildup that may be possible. Having more none may cause negative reactions and attract the wrong age group (more none most of the time means attracting a much older age group). 1. Don’t expect instant reactions even if the individuals is affected by pheromones. We may like an individual but we may not show any physical action or so that sells “interest” to them. I didn’t expect pheromones to be the overnight miracle as it’s all depends on the individual wearing them and of course the people around you. Learn to read the people around you, look for subtle hints and try to observe things under a low key. Also don’t make it seem like you’re acting very odd or suspicious, be natural with the pheromones on but at the same time try and act in a natural sense of what your pherosignature is giving off. For example, AMMO and IS mix for me gives me a nice bright but yet suave aura and for some odd reason that fits me right away as the hits were there and I carry myself in such sense, hence being “The GQ” 😉. You don’t want to wear a mix where it screams alpha all the way and you’re not carrying yourself like the dominate male as it may cause people to scratch their head and not accept your actions, and individuality due to the actions and pherosignature not matching up. Hello GQ and thank you for the welcome. First of all I’d like to thank you for the recommendations but could you share a little bit of insight into what each product does? Are the scents strong or over pwoering in anyways and is it also possible to wear my own colonge/aftershave on top of the products without hindering their effectiveness? Second, thank you for all the advice you have just given, I will be definitly be taking all of it in and using it in the future. Last of all, and most important to me, is there any product which can help the oppesite sex relax and feel more comfortable around me and maybe make me relax a bit too (that is if none of the above two products do so)? Again thanks for all of the advice, its greatly appreciated! 🙂 ---

No problem bro! AMMO is a product that gives off a all around tone, it can be sexual but it’s delivered in a subtle way in comparison to how Turn Up The Heat slams a sexual note on individuals. AMMO like I said is a all in one premix that exhibits sexual notes but buffered well. It can also be used in a casual setting as it gives off a friendly, want to be around vibe IMHO. Instant Shine is gives off a very bright, shining, breathe of fresh air aspect on the user. I feel uplifted when I use it and it seems that people notice that as well, they like to be around you as you give off a positive vibe. 🙂 As for getting a product that relaxes females and you as well, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) is your calling card, spray behind your neck to affect others and not you, spray in front to affect both you and everyone else. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a powerful cologne in its own right. You have to exercise care when combining it with other scents. Many of the other products come with a light neroli cover scent. The neroli combines well with most other colognes and aftershaves. The product descriptions for the commercial products at the SmartMones store give good descriptions of the effects, and also whatever cover scent might be used. ---

I made several purchases from the online store yesterday (Friday 29th). I’ve bought: AMMUNITION , Instant Openness, Instant Shine, Instant Honesty (to go, double strength), [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) and PRE RELEASE RAW POWER. All I’d like to know is when my order wil be processed (do they continue proccessing over the weekends?) and will I have problems recieving the parcel in the U.K. , postman strikes aside that is 🙄 Thanks. ---
