**Hi! I’ve stumbled on this website while browsing a seduction forum. I’m a 19 year old male, and I go to college in Montreal.** **I’m a PUA (pick up artist) and got really interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). If there’s anything that will step up my game, I’m willing to try it. Hi there Ben and Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 Ammo is indeed an excellent starter phero however, because of you age - Younger folk tend to produce more of the more sexual pheros naturally, it may be useful to consider some of the more social/charasmatic pehros/mixes here too. Particularly Instant Shine, Instant openness, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) etc. It would help a lot if you can give some more info on your physique, personality and general demennour. 🙂 ---

Hey there Bend, welcome! Over and Here are also welcome to the forum! Glad you can join and get in on some mone action… though I’d agree with mobo… If you do get AMMO, which is a great stand alone Attraction product, I’d suggest starting our with 1/2 spray to 1 spray max and find your sweet spot on it. Check out my sig below on intro to mones by steve o… You should add some IO to that combo as this give others a feeling of wanting to just talk about really, most anything…with their and your jaws relaxed and wanting to talk, you can accomplish much in communications!!! 🙂 Smell ya later! ---

It’s a great attractant but also has socials mixed in as a buffer as to make it not over the top. IO/IH and IS are great to add to a mix as well. IO/IH get people more comfortable with you and can help promote trust and chattiness. IS is fantastic because it makes people feel good. It gives off a fun youthful vibe that people just love. Welcome to Pherotalk Ben! A 19 year old PUA. I am shocked and a little bit scared. hmmmmmm! Your PUA buddies gave you some excellent advice on what to start with because they know exactly what you are looking for and because of your age. You are 19 so that means you are already producing a good amount of pheromones all on your own and if you’re a good PUA and getting some then that’s adding to it. I think you will right at home here. I can’t wait to read your very interesting and probably sexual reports after trying these. Have fun! Your gc was issued!
