I’m 28 year old male in North Carolina. I was told to visit this website by a male friend who uses your products. He says that there is a wealth of information here on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), their effects, and how to use them properly. I can’t wait to dive in and take a look.

I’m generally a quiet person, especially in social gatherings. I tend to stick to my group of friends and not venture far. I would rather be approached, rather than do the approaching. I would hope that I can find some pheromones here that can make both of those things a little more easier. I know that they’re not a end all be all, but it does provide that liitle push I need. So I’m looking forward to reading about the different types and combinations of pheromones to see which one will work best for me!

Oops…forgot I needed to ask 2 questions.

I guess my first question would be where are the best places to put pheromones on your body?
Second question: Is it okay to wear cologne over pheromones if they already have a strong scent?

Hiya stillahtai! Come on it, take it easy and relax! Glad you can come on in and chat!

Best applications: wrists, neck, hair, pulse points, basically skin that won’t be covered up is a rule of thumb.

Cover colognes: Yes, will not inhibit the products you choose.

For shyness, I’d go with A314, hands down. This is Alpha, Respect, George Clooney vibe in a bottle. I love the effect I get from this product. I get pumped in self effects continuously and others have that respect towards me!
If I had to choose from ONLY 1 product in the consumer line, A314 would be my first choice for that command and control vibe! You do have to walk the walk of an Alpha tho’. You want others to get that vibe subconsciously via you mones, but for other’s to buy it you got to walk the walk.
You could also temper that vibe and not come off too intimidating by layering it with INSTANT SHINE. IS is happy in a bottle that you’ll feel and more importantly others around you. That is a great combo. Now, CTTM2 is has IO and IH, among other things, in it. You could use this to open up convo sets and social anxieties are reduced.

Hope that helps and welcome aboard!

Welcome to the forum.

Some good advice above.

In addition, you might try ig. It tends to make social interactions go very smoothly for many people.

Welcome!

I think Ammo, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), and IO will be perfect for you.

You should apply mones to your pulse points so that the heat helps them diffuse.

You can cover with cologne if you like, but the sprays from AD have a light scent in them.

Good luck!

Welcome to Pherotalk Still!

Pretty soon you will be more than grateful your friend brought you to this site.

The best places to put your pheromones are the places where they can diffuse faster and to a wider area. When finding your sweet spot you tend to find that there are certain spots that work better for you.

For us ladies we tend to use this stuff a lot in our hair.

A314 is not a product for you if you are shy but I noticed you said you are quiet not shy and you prefer to be approached not that you can’t approach.

The products recommended are your foundation and it’s just to start you off. You will get great results with the Ammunition and Instant shine and eventually I hope go on to more advanced products.

Your gc was issued. 🆒
