You can have a look at the women’s journal section. Hi Phil, Welcome aboard. I would look into the **Women Ultimate Kit** as you would get everything to try in one kit. It is best to solo test everything so you get an idea of what each one does. I would test IS/B and IS/A first and see which one is a better fit for you. Then I would make one of those your base [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). They are both for attraction. Then I would maybe use IS as this will boost confidence and put everyone in a great mood. I hope Lillian or some of the others come in to help you out more and do you get a woman’s view on these to. From what I read, [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A is much more raw. It was compared by our friend Lillian as wearing firetruck red lipstick. I remember reading that it sends such a hard sexy vibe that other women can actually get pissed off having you around, you can be seen as serious competition, even in a social setting. B version would much milder, like that super cute girl, very nice and likeable, sexy/classy. I’ll leave a note to Lil so that she drops by to give you more details when she can. Welcome to the forum Phel, Conjurator is nice enough to drop me a line as I can get preoccupied and forget to pop into the into forum to greet other members. The best way I as well as a few other ladies can sum up IS/A is it can be an overbearing, “in your face” aggressive type of pheromone and the result of it’s wear can range from people being turned entirely off to you as a person or in the case of some men, them looking at you more sexually, rather than interesting, attractive and intriguing. CelticPrince gave me one of the best descriptions of IS/B. It’s like the little black dress that every woman should have that makes her look amazing, complete with a set of perfect pearls…but not like grandmother’s pearls. IS/B, and I can attest to this, seems to instruct people to open the door for you as there is a “lady” in their presence. I honestly hardly ever have to touch a door and IS/B is one of my favorite pheromone bases, but more for the confidence boost it gives me without being overly aggressive or imposing. For me it more of a subtle and unmovable confidence that seems to exude out of me and seems to attract others. Though I wear this for me, the affect it has on others is advantageous as well. I can’t say if you are pursing a male alpha that there is a specific preference pheromone, but if you are dealing with other females, Puppy Love is often suggested, but I’d more recommend you try a few things for yourself in the commercial line of products first. Commercial line products have a money back guarantee and you can warm people up to you and strengthen rapport and bond with them alone as Conjurator has shared, IH is great for that, mixed with IS/B and he’ll just want to be around you a lot while you can have deep exchanges…be careful though IH can get you talking. Careful with PL unless mixed with something as it seems to be able to allow people to take you for granted if you are the quiet type. Have a kick around the women’s journals for tips and the experience of others. When you have a chance I’d say start a journal. It’d be great to read about your progress with work as I myself mostly wear my mones at work. It’s early still but for work I’d say give a read about MX135, MX235, MX335. They are mixes that have some great comfort and close effects. I found MX300 was a little stern, while the three above brought people closer to me and kept them comfortable. I have actually worn both and I really like IS/B. This one was like I could do no wrong. With IS/A it was way more in my face and I just got irritated with it. But you know it could be just my chemistry and me being a male wearer to I don’t know. My gay male friends couldn’t stand it either. Now I gave it to my wife and a few times she has worn it around me( she wouldn’t tell me to see what happens) and I didn’t seem to get as irritated. ---

I concur, Often times when I wear two or more sprays of IS/A I feel as if it’s a female version of IJ. I don’t like the feeling of losing additional patience when I have so little in some situations to begin with. This sews seeds of frustration/drama (in an unwanted way) for me in some situations. ---
