just want to start off by saying hey to everyone and that im glad to be a member. im new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and have a couple questions. ---

IO can really help with the conversations and initiating conversation, IG can make you seem older than you are and can give you a good guy aura, IH can make people a little too comfortable around you if you wear it right and can be ideal for starting relationships. give us a little more details, height, weight, personality, etc… ---

Seems like most have already helped you over here, Just another word of advise and hope that it will embed in you. You are 18 so start of with half sprays and then to one. You are in weightlifting, i presume bodybuilding ? if you are in bodybuilding you should know less is more and to stimulate and not annihilate the muscles. Training just enough is almost always better than over training. Its the same with pheromones. What ever is enough is enough, so at your age maybe just half to 1 spray will work out great and maybe even fantastic. Don’t blow awya too much pheromone due to exciteness. You will waste alot of it. Many people did their wrong while too excited receiving their batch and just pump the trigger like no tomorrow. nonetheless, its a waste as too much is not always good. My god, i’m like a granny nagging too much. All in all. Start low and work it up till u have the punch. Cheers, awesome. ---

Hello there, Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 So your looking for the one night stand. I do suggest AMMO then. Its sexy attractive interesting and mildly arousing. Its been buffered to help avoid the harshness something like TUTH would give so its great for your age range which tend to OD more with anone. OD means opposite of desired effect or over dose. I do suggest Ishine and IH with it. These will also help in buffering down the anone. Ishine is warm charismatic and uplifting IH will help increase connection and make people more comfortable with you. I know you dont want to see them the next day but women wont have sex without feeling some sort of connection to you. We are not driven by the same emotions as men. I know your tempted to do a Phero baptism and if you feel you need to get it out of the way and squirt them all on. We all did it, its like a rite of passage into the Phero world. The best way to learn about your products is to use them one at a time working up from one spray till you find a dosage that gets results for you. This way you know how much to use of each. We are all different and needs diferent amounts to work for us and you can see what each ones effects are. Then start layering combos 😉 Tisha
