Hey guys, I’ve been lurking around the site, admittedly skeptical at first (But who wasn’t?), but now I’m ready to give pheromones a shot! My budget’s a little low at the moment, so I was thinking of just starting off with “[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)” or “Come Talk To Me” since the thing I’ve always struggled with is the initial approach. In other words, I’m shy 🙄 I’m not expecting miracles, but I figure it’s worth a shot. But that’s enough about me I guess. Looking forward to meeting you all! 😃 ---

Hello their Welcome to the phero family. It is a great place to try pheromones out for the first time. Because they work but not magic. So just remember. So your budget is low so go for the togo sizes to try so you can get to know what works for you. I like CTTM but It is more raw than Instant Openess I like CTTM more right now Becauce I like the girls to chat to me if they want to. That was a lot more replies than I expected overnight :S But anyway, more about myself… I’m 18, like the profile says, male, I live in California (And despite what you may here about California, the weather still sucks), and I guess the main reason I’m here, besides being curious about this whole scene, is that even if pheromones don’t do much for me in particular, though I hope they do, it might be able to give me the confidence (Delusional or not) to get over the problem that’s plagued me since…just about always; shyness. I guess I could say one particular focus of mine would be to be able to meet more women, though. And thanks for the replies everyone, especially about the to-go sizes, I hadn’t heard of them. EDIT: Just one more question, how small is a to-go sized container? Or rather, how many uses/sprays does each one have? ---

Thanks for providing more info. The to-go holds 40 sprays. There should be a scale picture of it in the mens [Pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) guide. The link is in my signature below. I suggest AMMO and IO. CTTM is good but I think the combo I suggested is a strong sexy one and will increase interaction with others.
