# Hey everyone. New here. Looking for anyone that's had luck with an Instant Shine / Turn Up The Heat combo

Hi Skenny,

I welcome you to this forum. Many users have very detailed journals in the men section, you might want to check them out. IS/TUTH might be a great combo, but it all depends on the goals that you have by using [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). Tell us a bit more about yourself and where you are from. IS gives you a special aura and it tends to make people around you more happy. TUTH is a sexual-oriented pheromone that should be used to fend off last minute resistance before a women decides to have sex. IS/TUTH can be a good all-around clubbing mix, but it is genrally recommended to keep TUTH for later in the evening once you got very confortable with a certain lady. Some have more luck with it and can use it in more diverse circumstances.

Yes I had gt positive results with IS+TUTH. bt i had used with a old friend who is comfortable with me mentally and physically.

Hi Skenny,

There are a lot of posts about both.

IS this is my most used [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). You can use this in any situation. This gives off a happy healthy vibrant youthful vibe. Works great in hair because it washes out fairly easy. Great for use in sexual or social mixes.

TUTH now this is pretty powerful. I wouldn’t wear this one a first date as it is highly sexual. This is best for last minute resistance.
