Hey guys, I’m a 20 year old woman from the south, I’m super new and very curious about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I’ve never ever tried them before but was told to try them by a friend. So here I am! Newly single, and ready to date again but having trouble talking to guys, so I’m hoping this will help. Anyone know what the best product is I should try first? ---

Welcome to the forum!!! I’m going to ask you for just a little bit more information about yourself (personality) as well as the type of areas you’ll be using these… I ask these questions as different pheromones work better with different personalities and your location can greatly impact how much affect this will have on people…ie it can be hard to get a good reaction in an outdoor market, while standing in an elevator with someone you will get fantastic results sometimes… As for personality if you are the type to not enjoy large social groups one combo may work a bit better than others for you. ---

I’m not shy, but I’m not one to just strike up a conversation with someone either. But once I start talking I can easily get comfortable. I go to college, so I’m always in close quarters with many other people all day long. I do enjoy large groups, and go to parties pretty often. ---

Hi Dagawdess, Welcome to the site. I would go with the women’s starter pack as I think it will have everything you need to get started. You for sure will want IS/A or IS/B with B being a softer version. This will be for attraction. IO I think this could help you out to. This will help everyone be more open and guys will approach you much easier. The kit has these items plus IH, and IS which will help also. Welcome Dagawdess! I’m like you, I’m fairly confident but striking up a conversation with a stranger and getting past the small talk is a bit tough for me. I’ve found a combo of Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to be very helpful in this area. IShine helps keep the mood upbeat and fun, while IO encourages everyone near you to talk. IShine also helps keep the attention in your direction too.
