Hey Everyoneโ€ฆ My name is Gus, and I am 20 years old, in college. I found this place by looking up the subject on attraction and I got interested in the subject of [pheromones](https://a314.com/), I am a bit of sceptic. Even if Pheromones have some influence is it enough to really make that big of a difference? ---

Hey Gus, Welcome here to the forums! Pheros do 20-80 where 80 would be your other attractive qualities. A314 works wonders for me. Others reported that [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) gives them noticable results. If you look around the forums you will find reports of results from members/users. The short answer is no. Some pheromones require active participation with the signal (congruence). A314 is a good example of a pheromone like this. And other pheromones, while they may get you hits with you doing almost nothing, those hits will be minor unless you then actively do something. Pheromones open the door, but you have to walk through it. ---

Welcome Gus! Everyone was skeptical at first, but after trying the pheromones, you will definitly know that they works! Pheromones can only help you but wont do the work for you. What kind of effect or result are you looking for from pheromones? There are many different products here, like social ones io, ishine for communication and general better mood respectively, or ammo and turn up the heat for attraction and arousal. Hello Gus Welcome to Pherotalk ๐Ÿ™‚ I suggest you read โ€œwhat mones can do and what they cant doโ€ the link is below in my signature. This will give you a good ideal on what to expect. Mones give you a edge, they open doors, you still need to walk through that door. For those willing to learn to do that (which we help alot with here to) they have great success with mones. For those not willing to put in a effort its a bit harder. They still work but may not be as effective as you would like. I am interested in using Pheromones because I was reading they can help get me noticed by girls and lighten up the uncomfortable situations. I am a good looking guy( i have even heard very good looking), but I am bit uncomfortable with dealing with girls in certain situations since I fear rejection. I want girls to notice me at my school basically, I am in college now as I said. I always dress nice, and many times I get complements on my very stylish look. Many times I get complements on my hair as well, because I have long hair. I just feel like I am missing something or maybe because my fear of rejection to approach girls and ask them out. So I think what I would like is something that will get me noticed, since I wouldnโ€™t describe myself as quiet or unable to hold a conversation since I am good listener and communicating with people in general. Thank you for providing more info ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I would recommend AMMO for you. Its sexy attractive interesting and mildly arousing. It can be worn anywhere so you can wear it in clubs or at school. Its buffered so you dont have to worry about the OD effect as much. Plus it smells absolutely yummy on a man ๐Ÿ˜‰ My second pick for you would be either IO or IH. I prefer IH myself which is more deep and connecting. IO is more fun and chatty. You could opt for both by checking out CTTM which is a 50/50 mix of both IO and IH. However, I am confused what you are saying about AMMO because I was told that 2X was for older men and that I would OD if I used more than 2 sprays or less! Thanks again Tisha! ---

I didnt tell you to get 2X LOL Just the standard AMMO, 2X is Double AMMO in the store. There is a drop down menu with the regular product and the Double AMMO. AMMO is not like straight anone or TUTH. Its buffered to reduce the OD effect and its perfect for your age group. Older men make less anone so we suggest Double AMMO for them. 2 sprays of the **Double** [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) probably would be a bit much for you. But 1 to 3 sprays of the regular strength should be fine. Tisha ---
