hey all. just stoppin by to say “whats up!?” haha. ne who, i just bought a bottle of Ammo and Turn up the Heat. i’ve been silently zippin around the site reading up on all this [pheromone](https://a314.com/) stuff. i was immediately interested! sooo i thought id try it! anyways, about me, im 22 years old and im a sophmore in college. i have plenty of friends (sometimes too many, bdays are hectic) and we go out a lot. so i figured i might as well take advantage of my nightlife and try these sprays. i do get some interest from women but id like a little more and i thought this might be a good way to do it. now, i was wondering if u guys could help me. i have 2 significant events comin up and i need to know which to use and how much of it. the first one is my friends party (at night, plenty of people, both girls and guys, social, dance, alcohol…u know! a house party!). the second is a date. i recently asked out an acquantance of mine. i want it to be light, fun and playful. jus breakin what little ice is left and getting to know each other more. i appreciate any help or advice! ---

Hello, and welcome to the forum. TUTH is definitely good if you wear it out at a club or something similar. For the party and the date I would definitely start with some Instant Shine. It is a great product that makes people enjoy being around you. Perhaps also some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Honesty, as they work great together. Hey there RedLotus, welcome to the forums! I’m pretty much in the exact same place you are, as far as going out alot. Probably go out to a pub or club about 2-3 times a week… gotta start cutting back on that, actually. That much alcohol is getting in the way of me working out as much as i’d like… anywho. Advice. First off, i don’t recommend you wear them together until you have honestly given each one a good solo go. They’re both -none products (sexual) that can build up and cause “ghost effect” (AKA girls ignoring you) if you use too much at once. So start slow and let the good times roll. Before giving anymore advice, mind answering a little bit about yourself? What kind of personality do you have? What kind of girls are you looking to attract (besides hot 😛)? You mentioned where you were planning on trying these out… any idea how many people will be there (ballpark it)? That last one is for whether you’re signature is competing with other peoples’ signatures as well. Takes more to get noticed if thats the case. Looking forward to hearing more from ya! Cheers! ---

As for dosage, this is something that you need to experiment with. Dosage is different for everybody, but generally 1-3 sprays will do it for you. Also important to keep in mind: Since you are 22 you produce large amounts of -none naturally. This is the main ingredient in TUTH and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). More -none is not always better. If you use too much, you will send out a signal that is too sexual or aggressive, and that might scare some people away. (figuratively) With IS, IO, and IH, it is impossible to overdose. ---

thanks for the welcomes. as for my personality im a pretty nice guy. i mean i have all friends and no enemies. but because i chose to keep the peace and not thrive on drama. to me drama kills all enjoyment haha. i like all kinds of girls. but the area i live in has a lot of asian and mexican girls so thats what i grew up favoring. dont get me wrong though. ill talk to a anyone. ive dated several white girls but the only one i havent tried yet are black girls!! i cant pull those ones. difficulty level is too high for me hahaha. at the party there should be about 30 - 40 people there. i got friends comin with me so i dont wana shut any of em down. unfortunately i didnt buy anything other than ammo or tuth. ---

Hi Redlotus, welcome to the forum. At a house party, I’d think you would want to go with Ammo. It has social buffers in it, which is great in a party atmosphere. I also highly suggest that you look at the social products too. Most young guys go straight for the sexual stuff, but women want to bond on some level before they’ll let you proceed further. Also, about your date, Ammo will work great there too as it gives off a sexy vibe. You don’t want to fall into the Friends Zone. Make sure to read the sticky threds in the Men’s section (as well as the links in my signature) to know what to expect regarding hits and what these products will and will not do. Hiya Redlotus, welcome to the forum ~ I’m CookieGirl and I just started out not too long ago. Id recommend Ammo for both, but if there had to be a choice between which spray to use where, I would at least give TUTH a try at the party. I would hope that you know quite abit of people at this crazy alchohol induced party ( I know how them college parties are 😉) so it’s abit harder to scare them off, but please keep in mind what everyone else has said - keep the dosages **small** or you’ll risk scaring every girl in that house with that " sex ! sex ! I want sex!" vibe. As for the date, Ammo would be much a better suit if the girl is, well, normal and is interested in pursueing a relationship with you other than sex 😃 Again, dont go overboard! ---

Hello There, Welcome to Pherotalk I see you have already started out with some products. AMMO would be your best bet to start with. Read up on TUTH and how its used in the forum. It comes on strong and you need some buffers most times with it. AMMO is already buffered for you and is mildly arousing. I do suggest you consider some socials as well even though you appear to be quite outgoing. They add a element of comfort and are powerful as well when it comes to attraction.
