Hey!!! I’m new to PheroTalk!!! And happy to be a part of it! My name is Chris and for a long time i have been wanting to learn about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and what they can do for me. I’m 20 a year old male, single, and ready to see how i can benefit from pheromones!!! I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Recently broken up with my now ex-girlfriend, and having severe girl problems. Meeting and socializing with them has been tough. And i keep hearing that maybe pheromones can help! First i want to learn everything i can about them. What the different types are, and what the range of their full potential. The next step is to choose the one i feel would work best for me, and put it to the test!! I’ll leave feedback of what happens!!! Welcome to the forums. I’m also curious to know why “meeting and socialising with women has been tough”. Are you feeling shy, still getting over your ex, or what? see i dont know what it is at first, no matter who it is, guy or girl im always shy. but once i muster up the courage to start a conversation and i start to become comfortable with the person i come out of my shell i guess you could say. but sometimes it takes a long while to get the courage level to start the conversation. and thats the main problem. from past experience, by the time i get to that comfort level, its to late for the relatioship type that i wanted to go for ---

I suggest you try Shine, IO, IG and AMMO. Shine is to boost your confident in approaching girls. IO will open up the girls and make them want to talk to you. It gives you an edge in approaching girls. IG will make the girls think you are capable, trusted and respected. AMMO is to make them attracted to you. Good luck ---
