\*\*Hey everyone, My name is Jon and i’ve been researching pheromones for quite a while, ever since they were mentioned in my psychology course at school. I was pretty interested in the biological aspect, as well as their roles so I decided to research them up on the internet, gather some information and stumbled upon this website which i’ve been reading for several hours. I attend a 6th form in England (year 13, don’t know what the equivilent is in America), and i’m a male, fairly atheletic build (I play baseball and mountain bike), 6ft 2" and 11.2stone (around 70kg I believe?). I -was- a fairly shy person about a year or two back, I would be scared when talking to girls, and all my my friends were unpopular, nerdy-ish males, similar to me. Anywho, a year on, I managed to grab myself a beautiful girlfriend who fell for my personality as well as my looks (being a guy with fairly low self confidence, and quite a pessimistic view of life, this was pretty ground breaking news). Now I have a fair amount of female friends I regularly talk to and hang out with (never thought i’d see the day). I never used to work out, but since obtaining some female attention at last, i’ve been working out - lifting weights at home and doing all the usual “before bed” exercises, e.g. pressups and such, now i’m getting in shape, have a love of mountain biking and spend plenty of time at home on the exercise bike if I can’t get out and ride. Being around females meant I was interested in aftershaves and colognes, and i’ve built up a small collection, my favourite being Acqua di Gio by Georgio Armani (my girlfriend loves this, and i’ve recieved a few comments on it). Ever since recieving these comments, i’ve broadened my horizons and have become interested in pheromones on a social level as well as a biological/psychological level. I’ve done a bit of research and I presume AMMO is the [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) TOGO to purchase for casual encounters (not planning for one night stands, just for females to be a bit more flirty around me). Hey and welcome to the forum. If you’re 17 as you say you are in your profile, then I would think ammo might be inappropriate because you already produce enough of a specific [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) that is in ammo. Any more you might seem too aggressive. Someone more experienced can give you an exact answer on this. If you want females to be flirtier and for you to be the life of the party, try some instant shine. Around age 19 is when I believe it’s probably ok to start using some ammo and other none based products. Hope you like it here. ---

Ok thank you for the reply. I am 17, didn’t lie about my age as I know [pheromones](https://a314.com/) have different effects on age, so it’ll be best if I was truthful of course. One of the rookie buides suggested AMMO was suitable for school/17 year olds, and a few seemed to work out. If you have any other suggestions, then any information will be greatly appreciated. Casual encounters, flirtier women, maybe getting into my personal space/close would be nice. ---

I need to be a little more clear. Women will only be flirtatious if you lead the conversation in that way. I think instant shine is a good recommendation for you. The self effects of feeling brighter so to speak and more “glowing” seems to me would work better for your age than ammo would. Ammo could be fine, but I’d still say [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) are the way to go. If you could, since you’re already buying ammo togo, you should pick up an instant shine togo as well and test them separately as well as together. ---

Well i’ve never been a flirtatious character myself, but i’d be willing to give it a go before and after testing the pheremones so I can note a difference, make a slight case study out of it perhaps. I’ll read up on the reviews of instant shine, and consider purchasing that too, but i’m pretty tight on money being a student, so I guess only one purchase is possible at the current time. ---

Hello Jon and welcome to the forum. Given your age I think [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) would be more appropriate for you. It will give you a smooth, calm vibe. It might match well with your quiet personality. I would also ask you to think about IH - it will help generate feelings of connection and hnece deeper conversations. Just the thing for the girlfriend and might make other girls happy to see you to. Ishine will help people feel happy to be around you. Plus happy people are talkative people. Just another thought. Anyways I think these products might be a little more what you are looking for. ---

Cheers bosshank, i’ll read up on a few of them - are they compatible with other colognes? E.g. I put on the pheromone, then I put on my normal aftershave (hugo boss etc), or is that not advisable? ---

Thank you all for all the replies, much appreciated. Would you suggest I buy several TOGO pheromones and mix? I actually looked at the sprays (30ml bottles), which is why I said I couldn’t afford to mix and match. For a first time buyer, do you think I should purchase several different types of 5ml TOGO and mix, or buy a 30ml spray of just one type? AMMO, TUTH and several others all seem very appealing ---

Those are great choices! And once you get them, remember o test each one on its own so that you now what each one does and how much you need of each before combining them. As for what situations, just try them out and see, there is also tons of info on here on great uses for all the products. 🙂 ---

Purchased AMMO, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Shine (double concentration), which will hopefully arrived on saturday if i’m mega lucky - just in time for a party 🙂 See how they work out, cannot wait. Thank you for the GC, and if the pheromones have an affect, I can certainly see myself purchasing more as well as keeping a journal 🙂
