Hey everyone, my name is Mike. I am a male in my early-mid 20’s currently living in the Northern U.S. region. The last few years I have been curious about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), but never took the time to actually do my research. Recently, a friend of mine turned my attention to these forums and I have been extremely interested in learning more after reading just a few posts. For starters, here is a little bit more about me. Socially, I’m a bit of an observer, meaning that I tend to sit back and watch how others interact rather than actually jump into a conversation myself (Especially if it’s involving a woman I find myself very attracted too). I’m a decent looking guy and my confidence isn’t horrible but it could definitely use some work. I’ve been told by friends of mine that women might often find me intimidating because they mistake my shy and quiet disposition for me being overly cocky and possibly unfriendly or judgemental. Which is very far from the truth. I understand pheromones aren’t going to magically make these issues go away, but which would you recommend I use to gain some confidence, warmth, and to intensify attraction? ---

Hey Mike and welcome to the forums! For basic attraction I always love and recommend AMMO for all the new users out there. It’s a great all around product for you and would help out in creating attraction and maintaining that likability we all seek. I would also look into [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), it gives you the depth in conversation, this could possibly help get women more interested once they get to know you, it’ll give them the trust and comfort feeling with you and should help disarm some of the pre-conceived notions they may have about you. Welcome to the forum, Mike. I think Ammo will help the most in the areas you described. It can make you appear more social/approachable, attractive, and the status boosting and sexual molecules it contains can _possibly_ provide a very limited increase in confidence. Self-effects of pheromones very greatly in strength and consistency though and shouldn’t be counted on. Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) are two more great products that I would suggest you try. Instant Shine can make people feel good just being around you and Instant Openness can make you appear even more social/approachable and make people around you more talkative. Good luck. ---
