I’m an 18 year old male and I live in the United States. First things first my brother has always used pheromones and when I was younger would tell me about them and have me try them. By young I mean 8-10 so my little self was disappointed when no 10 year old girls were jumping all over me. So I never used them again until recently I found a little to go bottle of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) laying around from back then so I started researching which led to researching other pheromones and eventually I ordered Ammunition, A314 1.23b, and Instant Shine, all to go. I was especially happy to get a free Instant Openness with them because I am an introvert and shy around people unless I know them very well, then I still don’t talk much. I got the A314 and Ammo to help with the girls, specifically my girlfriend, especially the A314 because it will help with a problem we’re having. I’m not gonna go into detail about all that though. So I hope I can eventually help some people out on these forums once I become more of a regular. I do have a couple questions while I’m typing this, what would A314 do to me? And I didn’t really notice any effects from the Instant Shine so I’m going to try it again tomorrow, how many sprays do you guys think i should use if 2 to my chin didn’t do anything noticeable? ---

Hey Badmons, welcome to the community! I just recently started using mones myself, but I can provide you a little help with what you’ve given us so far… Since you’ve already made your purchases, I have no advice on that, but do give ya props for going bold right off the bat! However, take heed with the a314 because since you are 18yo…you already have a lot of -none going for you. I would start real slow with that stuff since you don’t want to OD for your first couple uses. I know it is none of our business, but could you give a general explanation of the ‘problem’ with your gf that you hope to fix. If it requires you two coming to an understanding, I might suggest instant honesty for a feeling of closeness and expression, mixed with instant shine to lead the conversation towards a positive vibe. I don’t know if you know much about instant honesty, but it can make conversations go bad too…all depending on the type of conversation. IF you use A314 for solving an argument or something…it may work and it may not…she may feel intimidated or she may feel like you are being the bigger man…it can be taken different ways I feel like. (Correct me if I’m wrong everyone) So, with that said, take it easy on a314, and DEFINITELY keep a journal if you can daily. It makes it a lot easier to look back and just your testing. To answer your first question, try not to look up too much of what people report…get some testing of your own done so you don’t have a bias towards the product before you even use it. Also, what part of your chin did you spray it on…under the neck? You want to spray it to a pulse point…so it diffuses better. (wrists, neck glands…etc.) Again, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting! ---

Yeah from reading up on a314 I’m planning on only using 1 spray. A big part of the problem is that apparently I’m not taking control enough and she feels like she has the pants on in the relationship (I don’t feel like that at all but she does) She has some anger issues so do you think IH would make them worse? Maybe instant shine and instant honesty would help with that. And with the shine I sprayed it on the front of my chin, i’ll try it on my neck next time. Thanks for the welcome! ---

Yeah, I feel that 1 spray a314, 1 or 2 of IS depending on how your reaction to it is on your pulse points…and one IH…test it out with a couple regular conversations with her…and gauge the results. If you feel she reacts well to the IS and IH mix, stay with that amount…but stay with 1 spray of the a314 no matter what for now. If you want.. you can test out 2 sprays of a314 when talking with other people…but I would personally hold off from doing so for your predicament with the gf. Maybe eventually you can up the amount of -none to make it seem like you are gradually taking control responsibility in the relationship. Good luck, and God Speed! ---

Hasn’t [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) been recommended often for younger guys? I don’t think IH would make someone angry. It might make them more open to talking about what’s making them angry, which IMO would be a good thing. ---

Agreed xev, IG would be great for this…but he didn’t buy that 😛 With his situation, I am not discouraging IH, because it WILL help getting everything out that needs to get out…I am just saying I recommend IS on top. So, yeah go get yourself some IG, or if the situation can’t wait that long, utilize IS as your friend! ---

I could wear 1 spray a314, 1-2 IS, 1-2 IO for me, and 1-3 sprays of ammo and be fine right? No OD or anything? This may be an obvious answer but I just wanna make sure. And I’m planning on getting TUTH, IH, and IG as soon as i get my gift certificate ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Badmons! That is a great set of products for you play with. The A314 is a great product to have but if you are shy it won’t work as well as it should so what I would do if I were you is work up to it. Eventually when you gain that social awareness and confidence from the other products it will do wonders for you. Have fun. 🙂 **Your gc was issued! 😃**
