hi I’ve read through this forum a little bit over the last week or so and I’m really excited to join. I’m a college guy and the idea of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) has really interested me in the past. I wouldn’t consider myself bad looking, I’m an athlete, and I don’t really get nervous talking to girls or anything, but I just can’t seem to get any girls. Maybe my standards are too high or something. Also, I’m not sure people take me seriously or respect me, because I’m “the funny guy” who entertains them, then they get back to something more serious. I was hoping that pheromones could give me a little boost with attracting women. I look forward to talking with everyone. Also, I’m from the midwest United States. Some questions: 1. What products would you recommend for me? I’m 20 years old and I was reading that younger guys already produce a lot of some of the pheromones and could OD if they used products with them in it. Also, I’m looking more for long term relationships, not one night stands or making people want to just have sex. I don’t know if that helps. 2. Can you tell me more about ODing? I don’t want that to happen. I think I read that you can’t OD on some of them. Which ones? Also, I got some of that DIAL pheromone soap just to start out, while I’m trying to decide what to buy. It has androstadienone in it. Is it possible that I could OD with that. i’m only planning on washing with it a couple times a week and using my regular soap the rest of the time. ---

I think that IG and IO or IH would go good with how you are. IG is like A314 only a bit more youthful and can get more sophisticated respect from others around you, including the ladies. IO and IH are fantastic at getting people just more comfortable with you and can help with long term relationships, not just short term. 1. Can you tell me more about ODing? ODing is pretty much only with none base products like ammo or TUTH. None is the mone that younger guys are already chock full of, although a little ammo can still help quite a bit. It’s the sexually attracting mone that people love to use, and often don’t get results because they OVER use, or OD. androsteNONE, is the one that is easy to OD on, or just have too much of. If you stay within 1-2 sprays you should be fine, but everyone has their own sweet spots with mones. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Empath gave you a lot of good feedback. The trick to avoid an OD is to just start low - with a small single spray of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or TUTH which have pretty good doses of none in them. That does not mean you cannot use them - just start low. You ought to be fine with anywhere from 1-2 sprays of Ammo. If you do try the TUTH route - be sure to go with one spray. And I always recommend buffering TUTH with something like IO. The TUTH comes across very strongly sexual but the IO makes it seem friendlier. ---
