Hey guys and gals I’m new to the world of pheromones and this fab forum. I’ll start off by saying my name is Aaron. I’m 20 years old from Canada. My reason for getting into pheromones primarily is I am a pretty socially shy creature. I do have social anxiety and find it very difficult to approach the opposite sex much less hitting on them. I usually don’t go to parties or any social events much which makes it further difficult to meet anyone. However I do like going to the gym frequently and that’s usually my remote chance to meet or talk to any females at all. like I said though I find it very difficult to even make eye contact with the opposite sex but would much prefer they approach me and or atleast show initial interest. I currently own Phurlere (yes I know it’s junk) and alpha 7 scented. However I am underdog because I am a younger fella and alpha-7 + intense gym workout = bad from what I heard. . What do I hope to gain from using these fab products? Well I’m hoping to become more socially acceptable. I want to talk to people easier and come off as less intimidating and offending as I naturally am. As for my long term goals. I really hope to find and meet the right partner for me. I am pretty lonely and usually am hard to get to know or understand so I think investing faith in phero products will boost and possibly ignite a inner flame to push me in that direction of meeting someone perfect for me. I’m out for love and long term commitment. I do believe myself to have the odds against me but I’m keeping my chin up and am willing to experiment with some Phero products. I’m a pretty introverted fella all and all I like daydreaming, thinking, creating, learning philosophy. I am interested in Alot of internal things rather then external stimuli. Which to say I’m not boring! I love travel and really want to go to Japan someday for it’s immense culture and spirituality as well as it’s modern day style and zest. I am also a fan of body building and weight lifting. I’m a beginner/ intermediate, so I’m getting up there! My dad was one so I guess I’m following in his footsteps. I pose two questions. does sweating affect any pheros one might have on? and can you OD on any [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) such as instant openess? Hi Aaron, welcome to the forum! I too am shy,i too dont go to parties much or social events. I started useing [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) a month or lil more ago, not sure exactally and they have done great for me! i would recommend socail pheromones to start off with, openness will help you with talking to people, it will not force you to and will not make them talk to you, but it will help them want to talk to you, and once you and they start talking, they keep talking 🙂 but you got to initiate it. please tell us what you want to gain from pheromones. what are your goals with them? SOE is a good product and I think you would find it worth experimenting with. I’ve found Chikara less useful personally. This is an androtics forum and mostly we talk about their products here. They have excellent quality control and many of the users here buy exclusively from them, for good reason. You will not get around having to open conversations, even with pheromones. However, nol based products like io and ih will make conversations flow easily and naturally once you let the ladies know it’s ok to talk to you by giving them an opening signal. I highly suggest you try those two products. ---

Hi Aaron and Welcome to the forrum. Im still shy somtimes myself. I go out but I try to go the bars and clubs once in awhile. SOE is a good product with a pleasent scent I bought with the combo pack. I would also start with the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) , Instant Openness and Instant Honesty for you could open up more mand Instant Shine. ---

sorry for not reading your first post better, tiredness was getting the better of me! I would say openness for talking to people, works good but gota strat the convo still. instant gentlemen is great, it gives you respect, but not to alpha that people are intimidated by you, that is another good one. instant shine! is one my faves. it makes you happy! and the people around you happy!, everyone likes happy people… ok most everyone. Ammo, is great for attraction, and is safe to ware just about everywhere. i would also recomend doing the style life challenge, by neil strauss, in his book the rules of the game, it is a 30 day chrash course in life skillz/ pua. im glad to see your here and hope pheromones help you as much as they help me 🙂 id like to know more about you still, what kind of things do you like doing!? i like riding motorcycles alot, I have rode a motorcycle to almost all the states in america! whats some intersting things about you?! ---

Sounds like you have quite an adventure packed life at such a young age. good for you bedojo. I like motorbikes myself too but never rode one unfortunately!! Oh cool, I need start working out again, i used to, but school, electrical and computer engineering, is quite a challenging major. lol. As for your question, I have not tested instant honesty as much as openness, but I have used honesty on my friend(gril), and she talked about alot of stuff she enver talked about before, like her dad beating her her whole life, so i would have to say it works for deep convo. (hasnt talked about it before). Now for openness I have used this a bit more, it opens friendly chit chat, that keeps on going and going. but neither of these will make others approch you, but will both help the conversation once you open, and other people will recive you as “friendly”, and be more willing to talk to you. instant shine might help you also, it puts of a happy positve vibe, and makes you and people areound you happy, generally. I would recomend starting off with [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) first, instead of sexual. If you want something that is attractive, Ammo would be your best bet, it is more socaily acceptable, opposed to tuth = i want to f~ right now. would also recomend doing the style life challenge, in Neil Strauss book, rules of the game. If your sweating profusely from a work out it can diffuse them quickly especially if your using a towel to whip off. Mild sweating wont hurt them. The classic OD effect as we describe it here only occurs with anone products however you can use to much IO and make people sort of zone out or to much Ishine and give yourself a headache and sort of a burn out feeling. This is a 50/50 mix of the primary mones in IH and IO. IO is more ice breaking. IH is deeper and helps people connect and converse about more personal subjects. While it can break the ice on its own I think if your shy the using a combo or using IO while be more effective. **Your GC is on its way** If you need help just let me know.
