Hi Liam & nice to have you as a member of Pherotalk 🙂

It’s undestandable that you are skeptical about pheros but after you try them & see the effects, you will be a believer as that happened to most of us too including myself.

Yes, AMMO is an all rounder sex [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) & it is also buffered to prevent OD. To know about OD, move your cursor to the word OD. And yes you got to watch the dosage there given your age there.
