hi all, mid-30s, from toronto, male. Wound up here by accident. Have an order of soe and npa on the way. NO idea at all on androtics viz a viz LS. It seems all the folks there talk about nothing but LS products. All the folks here talk about nothing but androtics. Why there isn’t more talk of mixes among the two, given all the folks here who used to be there, I don’t understand. I don’t really understand a lot of product distinctions…ie, some of the instants sound very similar, difficult to figure out the distinctions. Nor do I understand the experimental pheros. Too little info. On this note, has anyone made informed guesses as to the secret spices in A314? Anyone have any opinions on the VNO activator, alpha 101, that was being “tested” at LS? What about something like NPA/PI with a314? maybe some SOE thrown in? Thoughs on Liquid Trust and oxytocin? ---

Hey hows it going Clueless1? Interesting name there =]. I’ve only tried androtics products so i can say nothing about love scent. However, unlike lovescent, people here talk about products from both lovescent AND androtics. Here it isnt completely biased to one company, thats why alot of people like it here at pherotalk. I bet the more senior members can help you out with your other questions. I hope you have fun experimenting and if you have any questions, just post and people shall answer. Have a good one mate. ---

Hi Clueless! You’re right, lots of us used to be at Love-Scent, and some still post at both forums. Some of us got kicked off Love-Scent, apparently for talking about other company’s products. Some of us just didn’t like the atmosphere over there anymore (that would be me!). We do talk about Love-Scent and products sold there from time to time … I just did a search and came up with 3 pages of results: `http://www.pheromonetalk.com/search.php?searchid=28836` I ordered a number of things from the L-S store, and after extensively sampling the Androtics line, I still think highly of Scent of Eros for women and Essence of Woman - but the rest of what I bought from L-S seems to sit in the drawer for the most part. I like and respect Bruce, and I think he offers a nice variety of products by different manufacturers. But there are long periods when there’s nothing new there for women, and most of the products seemed to be tired old rehashes of the same basic 3 [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I think you’ll find Androtics to have a completely different approach, both to their product line and their forum. Hope you enjoy yourself here! ---

The manufacturer of that product has already acknowledged that VNO activation may not translate to behavioral influence. I have found JV Kohl’s explanation of an olfactory based behavioural response to be much more plausible. Although, the fact that alpha-101 activates VNO doesn’t mean anything, it could still be an effective [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), but most user’s reports have been less than encouraging. ---

A314 tones down any -none product making it much more usable even in daytime environments. You should try it. NPA + A314 has given good results for many users too. I’m going to second the opinion on how a314 tones down Primal. I tried PI on one of my targets and she almost literally culld up ina ball (even with only one drop). After I got a314, I took a big chance and tried a PI a314 combo on her, and although I didn’t get jumped on, she didn’t curl up in fright either. (One problem is that I may already be a high -none producer even though I’m in my 50’s. She is 35.). I’ve also seen what I think are better results in terms of conversation motivation with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) over SOE. I still like SOE for the scent if nothing else.
