Hi everyone, im from the UK reason and im 22 and Male. Reason im here is well i used to be quite overweight as a kid and as ive grown up ive shed my weight, but at like 19 i used to weigh 18 stone. So although ive brought my weight back into check my confidence is still lagging behind, and im the kinda nice guy everyone knows lol, which isnt great with the ladies. I think i can say im pretty good looking.. (now) but need something to kick start my social life 🙄 Ive started going out recently and as its all new to me need something to kinda break the ice and help me out with the ladies. Any suggestions would be really appreciated but ive read [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Turn up the heat lol could be a good mix in a bar or nightclub.Read a load of threads on various stuff and theres a lot of good results it seems from various products although i know itll take a while to understand it all fully. Im comfortable with girls but would much rather have them initiate something even if i do get up and close first. Welcome to the forum. Good call on ammo. I’d save tuth for later though. Ammo has the same amount of anone as tuth, but is buffered to moderate some of the negative effects of anone. You might also consider some IG. See how it works for you. It has another male [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) called rone in it. IO and IH are known here as socials. They really help conversations flourish, once you start them. You might be interested in those too. ---

im thinking i might give the IO a go then with the ammo, cant wait to get my order done now, sometimes all you need is just a little nudge in the right direction, whats everyones tke on instant shine? any good for a newbie? ---

Hi apache, thanks for joining us! You’ve received some great advice. Here is a run-down on what those pheros do, in case you haven’t read up on it. Instant Shine is an awesome place to begin, because it is such a fun phero. It gives you a confidence boost, makes people around you feel good and glad to be near you, lends the user an air of youthful vitality and fun. Instant Openness is designed to make people talkative, it helps keep the conversation flowing. Instant Honesty is more designed to help people open up about deeper things, more intimate. It extends a feeling of trust. Ammo, I’m sure you know by now, is a female attractor. It is buffered so that it is not offensive as TUTH can be at time, but can still arouse women sexually. It sends out the signal that you are desirable and interested. Turn Up The Heat is something to use very carefully. It also sends the signal that you are interested, but more like 'Unzip, baby, because I want it NOW". THere is a time for that type of phero, but it is not for casual use, and definitely don’t wear it to work. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is smooth, dependable, chivalrous.
