Hello I am looking forward to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). I got recommended by my cousin, SeekingAdvice. He has some pheromones and has told me that they work. My personality is not very outgoing, yet I am a little shy. I have a problem in approaching women. I don’t know what exactly to do or how to interact. I don’t have many women friends as well. I would really like to have women friends who have a capability of being something more than that. I really want to find someone to be in a great relationship with but as well as friends, and good girl friends. I have a little problem of being that alpha guy also. I am “too friendly” I would say. If something bothers me, I let it bother me till it affects me. Usually only things, people, or ideas close to me bother me. I do tend to think and care alot about not hurting people’s feelings. It is a bad thing, as I see many people who don’t care about others, go far in getting what they want. I am not like that though. ---

Hi there and welcome aboard. I am fairly new here too but it is a very friendly and helpful place, so don’t be afraid to ask questions or ask for advice. Hey there, and welcome to a friendly place. First up don’t see being considerate of others as a bad thing. As you get older you’ll find your happiness is greater being considerate than for those who aren’t. It may look like they have more, and in some cases they do have more material possessions but I know I am considerate of others and have a far far happier life than anyone I know who is totally selfish. In your situation I’d go for the social mones. I find IO and IH are great at getting conversation rolling and adding depth to it. You still have to do the work, but I find they give an edge that make things easier. You might also want to add [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) to the mix - I find this gentle enough not to be intimidating but has enough of a signal to be picked up on if people want to.
