Hey guys, new user here Trying out [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) for the first time. I was told to say hi and introduce myself. I’m a 25 year old male in the Marines. Currently thinking of using pheromones to give my girlfriend a sense of trust. She’s been jaded in the past and kind of bring those issues up in our relationship, and I want to make a mix to establish trust and uncontrollable lust if applicable. Hi friend. Welcome to the forum. Glad to hear that you wanna give a try to pheromones. Must say that AD is boss of pheromones companies. For building trust and deep relationship i would recommend you to go with IH amd P96. For lust go with TUTH. Start with lower doses first then increase dose and find out your sweet spot. ---

Thanks for the advice. My buddy talked highly about using pheromones and I’m very interested. Ill definitely read up on your suggestions. Any recommendations are highly appreciated ---

Hey Marchand! Welcome to PheromoneTalk! 🙂 I suggest you start off with the [Ultimate Pheromone Intro Pack](https://a314.com/) first. This pack composed of every best selling pheromones for men, all in 5ml bottles. As much as I wanted to recommend you a single or a couple of mones, my limited knowledge about your personality and other factors sorrounding the two of you may play a certain rule that might affect the pheromones performance once you applied it. So instead of presenting one particular mone, I’ll rather you get all of them, in one package. Women are said to be a complex creature. Welcome marchand, I would look at the starter pack. But if I had to pick 3 for you here they are. IH this will build the trust and bonding you are looking for. Will also help deepen the conversations to. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) this is the best standalone IMO. For attraction and a great standalone cologne to. Good for day use as well. TUTH highly sexual and a little goes a long way. Best for LMR(Last Minute Resistance). Now your best bet is to test each one so you get a good understanding of what each one does before making combos. ---
