Hey everyone! I am on a journey towards trying to become my best self. A man that is confident and unconcerned with the opinions of others. I have always been too concerned with the opinions of others and inside my head over analyzing situations too much. Im looking for products to help me stay in the moment and help bring out the powerful and confident man I wish to become. ---

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I am a pretty fun and easy going guy.I like to joke around alot and people tend to find me very funny and outgoing. My only problem is many times I get stuck in my head and sort of freeze up and over analyze situations. I get too focused on myself and how I am coming across to other people. When I am in the moment I feel great though. I am looking for something to help me be open and bring out my natural confident personality without second guessing myself. It seems im more so looking for mones with the most obvious and powerful self effects. People reacting positively to me as well is definitely a plus though. ---
