Hey guys I’m a 22 yr old male from Australia Upon reading about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and their mechanisms, I became interested in how humans are affected by them. I found this site and after about an hour of browsing the forums about what to experiment with, I bought AMMO. I must admit at first I was quite standoff-ish and sceptical, but that soon faded after I noticed significant effects from AMMO. Great stuff. While I don’t suffer from any sort of detriment when it comes to either physical or emotional nuances i.e. social anxiety, disabilities, I found that AMMO was a good general booster. I recently ran out and was looking to purchase A314, apparently (from browsing here a bit) the best there is, but just like it was originally, it’s sold out. Is it extremely popular or is there a lower than usual limited stock? ---

Welcome 01kpoht, A314 is very popular and in high demand. They have A314A and A314B spray also and that still may be in stock I am not sure. If you could please tell us more like some of your goals with pheromones. What I would do is use the $25 GC and get the [A314 spray](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic-spray/) in the meantime and this way you get to test it out first. Maybe even get both the A and B version. ---

Goals? I don’t have a specific goal in mind, but I suppose if anything I’m looking for something that gives off confidence/alpha male type of vibe. Something that’s good for general attraction too, as I’m assuming at my age I don’t need anything too strong. As for my personality - I’m nice, and easygoing, the main problem I have noticed with myself is the difficulty I have keeping a conversation going. I have been called shy before even though I am not at all, I just don’t have anything to say. I experience zero social anxiety neither. I just don’t talk much. ---

Welcome to this forum, mate! In the meantine, you can get [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). It is also a great confidence and status booster. It will also let you perceived as more mature than your age in many cases. That’s bloody useful at work as well as in everyday life. To get conversations going, try Instant Openess, with this you can get torrents of speech from anyone, if you don’t have anything to say, they’ll make you talk anyway (lol). To get much deeper conversation and create trust and bonding with someone you find worthwhile, use Instant Honesty. Ammo is a great all-around flirting product to use around the ladies. Welcome to the forums, 01kpoht! Like you, I got into pheromones for very similar reasons. I was interested in how it affects human behavior, specifically mine! (I was terribly affected by a person’s body odor this past summer. It brought back deep memories of my first relationship in high school.) I would recommend getting the Intro Pack for Men. It has lots of pheromones for you to play with, including A314/b in spray form. It also includes Ammo, though you might be able to request substituting it with Summer Ammo. As Conjurator suggested, that product would be better suited for you given your age. I used to have trouble talking with people and sustaining conversations. In fact, I judge the appropriateness of a pheromone by the way I’m able to sustain a conversation. I found Instant Openness, Instant Shine, Instant Honesty, and A314 to be excellent in this regard, at least for me. IO combined with IShine is a fantastic way to get people talking. People around you will be in an upbeat mood, and the conversation will be fun and light. IH combined with IShine is also good to get people talking, but the conversation will have more significance. People will feel that they can trust you with their feelings. A314 would be fun for you to play with, but given your age, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) would be a better match. You’ll have a sense of grounded confidence to go up to people and start talking. Combine it with IShine or IH, and you’ll have a really good combo to help you extend your social skills. Definitely check out the Intro Pack for Men. You can also use pheromones at work to help you smooth relations with your co-workers and supervisors. Also read the journals about other users’ experience with pheromones.
